Poor Customer Service - I do not recommend this place. I am so upset. I called to order a catered meal for my graduation party and I was asking questions concerning the combos the women I spoke to said she was transferring me to manager. The manager advised I can order a pan of food for $49.00 each. I said do you have packages to see if they had packages with salad and breadsticks she just hung up on me. I truly was just trying to understand how to go about my order and for them to hang up on my really tells me how they really feel about their customers. My husband has ordered us dinner from this place several times and his company has ordered from here several times. I will never eat here again and they just loss a lot of money. I do not patronage places with poor customer service this will not be my final review.

A place that makes you remember what community means. After my partners 14 hour day at work caring for the sick and heading home to another ill person, she stopped in to grab some delicious and comforting Italian food, and she got more than that. They treated like family. They listened to her, they cared and sent her home happier. I cannot say thank you enough.

Sometimes you have long, hard days and the only bright spot is a delicious bowl of Piada. The wonderful staff made my experience even better by listening and going the extra mile. Its nice to know that someone has your back with a smiling face...and a bowl of pasta... and pepperoni sticks... and cannoli chips. What more can you ask for?!?!

One of those trendy places where they pick and choose ingredients and throw it in a bowl. The ingredients are relatively fresh but theres nothing special about the place. Hard steel cold tables, a few uncomfortable chairs. A couple youngsters behind the counter who really know nothing about food or presentation.

I had the worst experience here yesterday. Employees were to busy talking to each other to listen to what I was ordering. Then when I was paying an employee was "moping" floors and spilled the whole thing all over Me and I didnt get an apology or offered a towl or anything to dry off.

This is a nice place to grab lunch on the go. Its a Chipotle style eatery, with a person who puts your dish together as you desire and then you can eat there or have it to go. I really enjoy it for a quick Italian meal. Its got meatless options, but no alternative protein options.

Piada is by far my favorite fast food Italian place in the city. The portion sizes are just right and everything Ive had here has been delicious. Make sure to try their specialty fountain beverages rather than the same ole stuff you can get anywhere.

Vegetarians beware!! Super friendly staff .. But I found meat in my veggie create your bowl .. They had no explanation so as to what happened .. Ill be sure not visit this place again .. Please be careful with gross cross contamination

Great place to eat if you like Italian. Only had one bad experience with the online order. Forgot the avocado on all of the order. Was apologize to and offered a complimentary card for a bogo deal..and the previous order was remade.

"The Italian Chipotle" same fast casual concept. The food is good, but it is not so good that I have a craving for it. The wraps they use get soggy and fall apart, they are good just hard to eat. Pasta bowls are pretty good here too.

This chain is typical of the "walk through the line specifying what options you want in your meal" style dining. There are salads, pastas, and "burrito" style bundling of food, but also soup, dessert, appetizers, etc. Great food.

I love this piada. The staff are very friendly and warm. Your order is very important to them and getting correct is very important. The parking lot is small but very easy to park as they are not always busy.

This is the Italian version of Chipotle ... expect to see a lot more of these around soon. The food is great, and the atmosphere is fun & casual. I hope theyre bringing one to downtown or German Village soon!
