I was craving a Whopper one night, since one simply cannot beat the taste of a flame-broiled burger. It was about 10 oclock at night, and my partner and I went up to the drive-thru window to place our order. Keep in mind that no one was in front or behind us, so we weren’t holding anyone up. The young woman working did not listen to the order very well. Her name is Elizabeth. She said “hang on” even though we had hardly ordered anything yet. I have a fast food work background, so I know that it’s not always easy. But we were literally the only customers. So we “hung on” only to hear nothing for a whole minute (no: “One moment please” nothing.) We asked if she was there, as the rain was beginning to soak the inside of the car, and my partner was getting wet. She then rudely replied “JUST A SECOND!” So we were done waiting in the rain, especially since our order hadn’t even been updated yet. We pulled around to the window for order pickup, and then she said: “I didn’t get the last part of your order.” She had plenty of time to listen, but she chose to ignore us instead. By the time the order was close to being done, we had been waiting about ten minutes. She then put ice in my Fountain drink, when I specifically asked for no ice. Then my roommate’s fries were fresh and hot, while my fries and onion rings were ice cold. I understand that it’s hard to keep up at times, but when there’s only one customer, there’s no excuse. So we told her this, and she said: “They weren’t expired.” I knew damn well that they were. Soggy fries are NOT supposed to be served, especially since cold fries are the number one complaint in the fast food industry. She finally agreed to replace them after arguing with me. No apology was given to me either. As a customer, I expect to be treated politely at least, since I AM the customer. Even if you’re having a bad day, in fast food, you just have to suck it up and smile. You don’t treat the customers rudely and as if you couldn’t care less. After correcting my no-ice pop and getting hot fries and onion rings, she handed us the bag. Never said sorry, have a good night, etc. And to top it all off, my boyfriend’s burger was not correct. By that point, we were sick of dealing with Elizabeth. I will think twice the next time I’m wanting Burger King, or at least at the Okemos location on Grand River next to Taco Bell. She needs to learn a hard lesson about being polite, cordial, and giving good customer service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My sister and I rolled through the drive through and ordered and 10 piece chicken nugget, and a jr. Bacon cheeseburger with KETCHUP ONLY. The guy taking our order was extremely rude, as well as when he took our card and handed us our food. Once we drove away and she opened her burger there was bacon, lettuce, pickles, and onion. We then went back, and I went inside to get another burger. The lady was a bit rude, and took the burger from me and threw it out. Then the guy who took our order through the drive through said "she ordered it with a slice of (whatever)" and I could obviously hear they were talking about us as I was the only one inside at the time, and she had them make another bacon cheeseburger. Got out to the car once again and its a damn patty with ketchup.......... rude as hell and doesnt provide you with what you order.

Almost as if they cant hear when you order. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger without onions, chicken fries, two kids chicken nugget meals with onion rings and honey mustard dipping sauce, and a whopper Jr. Meal with onion rings. First off they only gave me one kids meal with fries and sweet and sour sauce. They gave me a bacon king with onions. And the whopper meal also came with fries instead of onion rings. They never asked me what size meal I wanted either. This was in the drive thru. When I was ordering the screen didnt have what I ordered on it. And she didnt verify what I wanted, if she had this wouldnt have been so bad. What a horrible experience.

Worst bk in Michigan! They repeatedly get the order wrong and never ask if you want sauce so you better remember to ask. I ordered a chicken sandwich with large onion rings and instead got fries that were so stale and cold they were barely edible. And no napkins in the bag.

I just had the ribs meal and it was disappointing. Ribs were so hard to bite and were overcooked. And they were small as hell. the fries were terrible. it wasnt fresh and it has bitter tastes. so does the lemonade.
