Horrible experience. Young girl in drivethru argued and got smart with my husband because they were out of BBQ sauce and we asked her what other sauses u have? she didnt want to tell us, she said " all the others" what is all the others mam? We asked her politely she gave us a attitude we asked to speak to management the young girl in drivethru was getting smart with her manager right in front of everyone. Wow I was shocked like what is going on here. Manager said "Im sorry about that" and walked away. (Seems like she was scared of the disrespectful young employee)Didnt say anything to her employee while she still yelling in back or Ill handle the situation she did and said nothing. I asked her for that employee name she said "just say Dae Dae! (The corporate) "lady will already know who u refering about!" told her wow I will be calling corporate about this incident on both of them. I had my kids with me it was a embarrasment. Didnt even eat my food at all went somewhere else.

This place gets NO stars from me. Sadly, I am not left with the option so by default they get one meaningless star. This particular location does no justice to Burger Kings new breakfast menu campaign. The coffee tasted like it was there from yesterday and reheated. Ive tasted reheated coffe before. It was horrifying that they would serve this. My chicken biscuit was old and hard. The biscuit fell apart when I opened the wrapper! No joke! In fact, the only joke is the service I received in this joint. The cashier was, for lack of a better term, ignorant. Straight up and down. She was speaking English and I didnt understand her. Duckrey Enterprises ( or whomever owns this establishment now) needs to step in and handle this Burger King location. Its a sham and they are stealing peoples money.

Edit on 7/15/16. nothing has changed.....this restaurant is highly prejudiced against whites. this has been going on for more than a decade that i know of. they hire gang punks who treat all whites with contempt. they make you wait longer for your food, the mess up the food. and if you dare to complain about anything, they gang up and argue with you. i have complained before but BK does not care about equality or diversity. apparently the managers are gang hoodlums too. do not go there!!! In fact, avoid this exit completely, it is ghetto and dangerous at night.

This is literally the slowest Burger King Ive ever been to . Ive been to the drive thru twice with 20+ minute waits for my food . Today I came inside thinking maybe itd be faster , NOT . They also do not have any of the drinks in the machines stocked except for Coke & Water , so I paid for a drink I couldnt even get . Last , the manager (Lakeisha) is so rude I didnt want to ask her for ANYTHING and she is currently exchanging words with the lady working the counter , in front of a lobby full of customers ! Like , what is going on for real ?!

i went too this location last night to enjoy two whopper meals but it didnt work out like that i gave the lady my money she snatched it.. out of my hand then i seen throw my food.. across counter then she started cursing and this is the manager Im talking about not employee then i asked to speak to manager and she threw a full drink in me and my wifes face worst service ever be ready to deal with these attitudes at this location its full of low class hoodlums they will never be nothing in life but some bk WORKERS!!!

They take FOREVER to get your food ready, despite all the employees in the back. Youve got a line of people waiting. Couple was waiting 25-30 minutes for 5 burgers and a few onion rings; kids were getting fussy. The employees are rude and dont even apologize for the wait. Just give you your food and send you on your way. No "Have a good day" either. Hate this place.

This was by far the absolute worst Burger King Ive ever been to. We had to repeat our order 4 times and then wait 20 minutes for it to be ready. No apology was offered for the wait, and the staff was completely inept and lacked any customer service abilities whatsoever.

Dont bother going to this location after 10pm. You wait in a ridiculous long line in drive through only to come out with cold food. I will NEVER go here again. That is why THE COOKOUT is taking all of their customers. HOT FOOD FAST and Cheaper.
