Outstanding! Will return. The appetizers (stuffed peppers, Giant Sized Meatball (see menu for name and details) were all awesome-even the DTAES. I do not eat dates of any kind. Taste is not for me. This place changed my mind. They were delicious! The plating for the main courses was beautiful and perfect in taste. I had the salmon, my wife had the wedding soup, while our friends had their delicious pasta dishes. Now, my litmus test for Italian restaurants is their tiramisu. Theirs was presented in a sealed, medium sized mason jar and was outstanding! Why the 1 star deduction? We waited and waited for our check...turns out the server simply placed it on the table without engaging us. The only oops. I never quite know what 5 stars mean any way. Would I return-YES! Would I close an important business deal there-YES! Would I take my family there-YES! Outstanding Cleveland dining. Go see for yourself. Over and over

Dont go here unless u a a regular or want to feel like they are doing u a favor By letting u in. My husband and I attempted to walk in and sit by the bar for some drinks and apps. The bar was crowded with no place to sit. We were immediately made to feel like we were intruding and were followed around by the hostess staff to make sure we didn't touch any tables that were reserved. We put our name in for a table and were told that we were 3rd on the list. We saw several tables seated but somehow we still hadn't moved up on the list. When we questioned the hostess staff (with the owner standing right there) they seemed uninterested in making us feel welcome. When we said we were leaving they seemed happy to let us walk out the door. Enjoy your reign Flour. With service like that it will be short lived. I have seen it before. Too bad it would have been a nice go to place.):

you have to appreciate the food quality over the perception of quantity and then youll get it! So much is made in house, and done to the highest standards. While the food may be rustic the interior design is decidedly sleek, giving off a Vegas or South Beach shimmer. With each visit, weve noticed the food has moved up another notch, the kitchen is clearly dialing it in. All in all its a great addition to the suburban east side dining choices, and one that could stand out downtown or in tremont. Pat DiCesare

there is a reason why this place is always packed. parking can be a pain in the butt and the place can be quite loud. personally i prefer looking at google and going on regular off peak times. the price isnt bad either. if you love italian and are in the area. you need to stop by and give this place a try.

Flour never disappoints. Absolutely the best pizza in the United States. Be sure to get one as an appetizer. Paulys Peppers are a must as well. The entrees are truly special and always amazing. Flour has it all... Good food, good wine, great atmosphere and fantastic service.

A great local restaurant that does it right. Service is top-notch, food is fresh and prepared well. The fried olive appetizer was excellent. Waiters were very attentive and allowed a member of our party to order Flours bolognese from the dinner menu at lunch, no questions asked.

Paul and Lisa have the best restaurant in Ohio! Flour has a relaxing laid back atmosphere. The wine selection is amazing and the food is to die for! I suggest the mussels and Bolognese, but the steaks will leave you speechless. Noone could ever leave here disappointed ❤

We frequent Flour almost weekly due to proximal location. However, if it were miles away we would make the trip! Tasty menu, love love the halibut, chicken cacciatore, sausage pizza, warm olives...great bar selection and extremely knowledgeable staff. Check it out! CBC

Good food, terrible service. Went there on a Saturday for a 6:00 dinner, our waitress Karen was terrible. Really wish I would have asked for a different waitress, she made it very unpleasant. She was confrontational, quick talking and rude, truly unbelievable.
