My mother and sister hosted a beautiful bridal shower for me at Bravo! I cant say enough about the wonderful and attentive service! We had 40 guests sit in the current guest room. Although it was rather a tight fit, we managed. Our servers brought our vegetarian guests fresh meat-less meals and they were very attentive to accommodating our group. They let us bring our cake a day in advance which was so convenient! Bravo also gave me and my fiance a gift card for a free appetizer as a gift. The price was exceptional for the quality of food, service and atmosphere. Definitely a great experience!

I called in to make a reservation around 5:30 pm yesterday for 3 and a baby. I was told "u know what..we have no tables open until 8 pm". The waitress sounded funny so I had my wife call back and not mention that we have a "baby" with us. She was told that she doesnt need a reservation - there are tables available and she can walk right in!! I can take my baby to Cheesecake, Brio, or anywhere else - but Bravo NO!! Very disappointed Very Disgusted - will never ever think of going there again!!

We had the worst service Ive ever had at a restaurant! My dgtr had a hair in her food, our beverages werent refilled even after asking twice, I asked for no seasoning but they did it anyway, my husband didnt get the sauce on his pasta, again, even after asking 3 times for it and when we complained to the Mgr he didnt seem to care! He never even apologized! I will never go back here again and I warn you not to either!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered a confetti cake that was a special and our server said they were out of them. After the manager apologized and gave us a free app on our next visit. In addition, the chef was actually making another cake and we were given slices on the house. Exceptional service, we will be back!

I hate mothers day AND restaurants because it is so busy that quality & customer service are so compromised. BRAVO impressed me, they sat me before my whole party arrived and once they arrived the food just kept coming. I love this place for making this occasion so special for my MOTHER. I highly recommend and will return.

Private room used for Graduation dinner for my sons and the service was superb! Our servers, Melissa and Edward were attentive and gracious. The food, atmosphere, service and hospitality was everything I hoped for which made the event a very memorable occasion!! Kudos to Jeff (banquet manager) and the entire team!!

First time at this restaurant... Reserved a seat in server Joys section after reading the reviews on her outstanding service. Was not disappointed with this decision. Although the food was delicious, Joy made the experience more enjoyable. I will be sure to request her as my server on any future visits.

Their bar bites were awesome. ...the eggplant fries were perfectly cooked.... however the dinner... i think the lobster bisque was the bottom of the pot and the parsley ruined the taste. Stay away from the chicken baked parm...frozen rubber chicken.

Our large party had a great server. The food came out in due time and we were taken cared of. The fried shrimp appetizer was great! But the dinner portions are so small along with the dessert I had that I couldnt believe that they charged so much.

My server was wonderful! All of my food came out at same time which was a little frustrating. But I asked for extra chunky oil for my bread and she brought it right out. Boxed up my food for me. A lovely experience at Bravo, great great Food!

I didnt like the dirty tables full of used dishes; the dipping sauce was to garlicky :-( the bathroom was dirty; one of the employees stared at me throughout my meal which made uncomfortable!!

Food was overcooked. 20 for aplate of veal and pasta. The Marsala sauce had little flavor as did the pasta. Save your money and go to Moxies. Not Italian but much better food.

Restaurant was about half full and we waited 1 1/2 hours to get served. Manager said that the kitchen was working as hard as they could. Obviously under staffed. Wont be back.
