Took 40 minutes to get seated, took another 30 minutes to get our food after we finally got seated and placed our order. The portions and quality wasnt consistent, a few of us ordered the same thing and it all looked different. My wife order her food without green peppers and it came loaded with them. We asked for hot sauce and we practically had to beg the waitress for it when we finally saw her again. Coffee was served cold along with their gravy. But they are quick to give you the bill and the restrooms are filthy. Keep driving past this place!!!

Seems the quality of the food has gone down in the past few years. I ordered the Ragin Cajun (shrimp and chicken pasta dish) and there was absolutely no sauce on the pasta (spaghetti) which was very dry. I asked the waitress for more sauce, and she brought out a small dish, but it still was not enough to moisten the whole entree. And yes, the ladies restroom could stand a very good scouring. Took a friend there for her birthday, but doubt I will recommend going there again.

This place looked sad and unloved. Its as though the owners have left it alone and it shows wear and tear. My son noticed the restuarant ceiling was in critical need of fixing. The windows looked like they havent been cleaned in years, the booth seats worn and torn..the decor seemed to be in a time warp from the late 80s. HOWEVER, The waitress was lovely and pleasant. The quality of food and menu options seem as though they are dictated thru a corporation. What a Shame....

Terrible service! Filthy floors. Uncomfortable, outdated booths. Our waitress never checked to see if we needed anything after FINALLY bringing our food. 3 groups came in after us. 1st seated themselves. 2nd got seated. 3rd had to hollar to get someone to seat them and it still took a while. Good thing the good was good. Ill never go back.

Always fast and friendly!!! food is always on point.. just wish they made more banana cream pie! I come in the evening and they are always out..3rd time here and havent been able to get it yet!!! its a popular pie! Should make more!!!! Still five stars tho!!! My own fault for coming so late! Lol :)

This staff has the great prices, portions, and service that you would expect from your favorite hometown diner. The heat was out that day in the front of the restaurant, but the staff worked even harder to make us feel comfortable offering us seats in the back of the restaurant. Love this place!

Horrible service. As 5 tables after us sat down and got their food before us, we waited 40 minutes for an omelette with cold hash browns....girlfriend had chicken sandwich with cold tater tots. Sure glad I dont live in Ashland. I dont think the owner would be very happy tonight.

Toast was burnt. I mean black. Who puts that on a plate an sends it out? The waitress was weird acting. Like she could not be bothered because of all her tables. She had 4 at most. Will not go back for a long long long long time.

Everything was very good I had steak and eggs except for the raw onions at through on top of it like the last minute they decided to put that on it not a big fan of raw onions on my cook steak I like my rod ends in my salad though

Waited on a booth..they seated others at tables but had booths open and would not seat us. Husband tried talking to the manager what a waste!!! We left!!!
