POOR SERVICE & MANAGEMENT--- We sat there around 3:30pm on a Tuesday waiting approximately 20 minutes for our waitress to bring us a check when we were done eating. She was no where to be found for it or for refills or anything. Finally we asked a different waitress that had the table next to us and walked by us a half a dozen times to send our waitress over. Her reply was "She has already gone home for the day. What do you need?". We told her we wanted our check so we could leave ourselves. She went and got it, laid in on our table and proceeded to the next table, stating no apology to us, or thanking us or anything. The manager (a short lady with long black curly hair) could have cared less herself as well. How can the waitress leave her customer in the middle of their meal and NO ONE have the common courtesy to say anything or take her place. The management at this location and staff suck. We rarely eat here anymore because of it, as they are usually just all standing around having fun with each other instead of tending to refills and customer needs but this time took the cake. We are done with Bobs!!! Ownership really needs to get some proper management and training in place.

I will be telling everyone I know how great this location is!! I had the best experience here. I stopped going to bob Evans after having numerous bad experiences until my wife talked me into trying out the lewis center location. I came in Friday with my wife and children and had a blast. My kids keep asking to come back. My server was Amanda and let me tell you she is one of the best servers Ive ever had at any restaurant! She made sure to answer all my questions about the menu and she suggested that I get the 3 course meal they have going on. She had a bright inviting smile that would make anyone smile back at her. So thank you Amanda for giving my family and I the best time weve had and for changing my mind about bob evans!

Food was good...as usual! Food is pretty dependable here. Service was nice. But when we entered, we walked up to the hostess stand and stood there for about 4-5 minutes. Nobody looked up from behind thw counter and noone greeted us. I actually had to ask if we needed to seat ourselves - that was annoying. I think they just need to try a bit harder and care a bit more and theyll be okay. After we were finally seated, all was fine. I will definitely go back, but owner/operator needs to make some changes.

Jose is the best waiter ever! Not only does he take care of delivering food quickly with a friendly manner but he sees to other things that need to be done such as sitting new guests, having food that is in the waitress part of the kitchen refilled when need and offering to go refills. He would make a great manager. I waited tables at Bob Evans for two years many years ago and I know it is difficult to keep up and Jose does a great job!

The food is great when its right! They dont know what sunny side up means they give you fully cooked eggs and the bacon is always burt the potatoes are hardly ever fully cooked. The price is always going up. Like i said food is good when its right but 90% of the time its not. Also noticed one of their employees out back in a car with a friend smoking weed.

Food has really gone downhill at Bob Evans. Service was good which is why 3 stars but I am no longer going to go to Bob Evans...the last 3 different locations just has been that is not good...items I normally ordered and loved are now dry or mushy or cold.

This is our familys go to Bob Evans, because the staff truly make the difference. The food is typical Bob Evans, family comfort food, but the staff really know how to treat you like one of their own. The food comes out hot and the drinks are always full.

A little expensive if you dont make a point of getting your moneys worth. If youre worried about the value/price, avoid excessively cheap breakfast foods like waffles, pancakes, and sides of bacon, because theyll charge you $7/$3.50, etc.

Food was hot and service was fast. Ordered the chicken biscuit bowl.wasnt impressed. The biscuit bowl was to dry to be palatable, the rest of the meal was tasty. I recommend something other than this dish

We normally eat at the Bobs in Gahanna. Today we were at Polaris and ate there. The service was great and the food was cooked as we ordered and done in a timely manner!

Pretty standard for a Bob Evans. The best deal they have going is the 3-course meals, they start at 10 bucks and include soup/salad, bread the meal and dessert.
