Placed my order online at 6:00pm. Said my order would be ready at 6:24. I got there at 6:25. The guy at the window said it is still being made it will be a few minutes. After waiting at the window for over 20 minutes he showed up with my food and with a "im sorry we are very busy". I could have drove down the street to the Texas Road House and ordered a steak and ate it in the time I waited to get my pulled pork which is already cooked. The first time I was there I waited inside for over 20 mins and there was only 7 other customers in the building. I wont go back again. If you want BBQ it is worth the drive to go to canton and visit the Mission BBQ. The food is much better. I walked into a packed restaurant and placed my order. Be for I had my drink filled they had my order ready for me..

I was in on a Friday evening on the 3rd of February around 5:30 or so. The food as always is good but the service needs leaves a lot to be desired. I had some concerns about how my food was handled and I was met with a certain level of Im offended that you would ask that. I did not appreciate the attitude of some of the workers and feel that as a customer I will give the respect that I am given.

My experience at Old Carolina bbq is always great! The customer service at the Alliance location is phenomenal! They are always very accommodating. If anything is wrong with the food, just tell them and they will do their best to fix it and then some. They will make sure you are happy when you leave. THANK YOU EVERYONE! Your customer service skills way outweigh the rest!

Service was fast and friendly, no complaints there. Food was poor quality- brisket was cold, corn bread burned. Also they were out of regular ranch dressing which I asked for, but I ruined half of my salad because they gave me fat free ranch without letting me know. Guess I should have read the packets??

Order the pulled pork and brisket. My wife ordered the pulled pork salad. Huge portions for the price. We left well fed. The staff was extremely helpful and brought us extra sauce when one of the sauce machines had issues. Four sauce options. Try them all. Oh...get the hush puppies. You wont regret it!

Got a pulled pork sandwich and a side of Mac n cheese. Everything was good but the bun was not as fresh as I would prefer. Which was fine because I didnt need the bun. The pork was delicious with the screamin beaver BBQ sauce.

Still not sure about this place. First time I ordered a side of brisket to go it was of poor quality. The second visit the brisket was awesome just like it was at the rib burn off. The Carolina fries were awesome.

Clean, friendly/courteous staff, delicious food...wow! In town for a graduation. We were looking for the best place to dine and lucked upon OCB. The food was so good, we went back the next day. Ummmmmmmm, ummmmm.
