Went on Saturday with reservations. We were told it would be at least 30 minutes after we ordered until we got our food which was fine. We knew they would be busy since they had just opened for the day and there was a game soon. An hour after we ordered, the hostess came and told us that our server had "forgotten" to turn our ticket in. She also told us that even IF they moved our ticket to the front it would be at least another 30 minutes. Im not sure why moving our ticket up wasnt a sure thing, but we decided wed be better off getting food at the game and left. They did comp our drinks but we never saw our waitress again (she didnt even bother to apologize to us directly). Based on this and other reviews, it sounds like they have a hard time handling their volume on game night. We probably wont be back.

The food was okay, we had the chefs table. Basic bar food really. Would have given it a better rating but we made the mistake of going upstairs to check out the area available for groups. Every year we bring 50 people to a game and thought maybe we would reserve the area. The most rude man came out of the kitchen and treated us like criminals. This bald man obviously lacks any social skills. Well, they lost a potential customer for sure. I also have a suggestion for this mental giant...put a sign up that says no customers allowed upstairs to our empty room, as we dont want your business.

I will not ever go back here. To be fair the service was "okay" and food wasnt bad for $40. It was terrible for $80 though, which is what they charged me. I understand mistakes happen and wasnt too angry about it until I contacted the restaurant and they directed me to the billing department which promptly disregarded my request for reimbursement of the $40 they stole. 3/10 for the service, 6/10 for the food, 10/10 likely to steal your money.

This place is excellent. The service was top notch and friendly. If your looking for an exciting new environment stop here for great food and service . The adult mac and cheese is amazing. Trust me you wont be disappointed.

The kitchen needs help!!!! It took 1hr.15 min. to get our food. Some people just walked out without getting their food. I felt bad for the servers. Dont go there if time is an issue at all.

Food is OK at best, breakfast was good until they stopped serving it, you are better off just going to the baseball game and stopping at one of the other restaurants on your way in or out.
