Not sure about these other reviews, but on a Super Bowl Sunday at 3pm my order beat the estimated time by 5 minutes? Im on the outlying edge of their delivery area so things were a bit on the cool side as the bag the drive came with wasnt much more than a grocery bag and couldnt be thermally insulated much at all. Overall the food was good though, standard PH fair so not ultra-fresh but Ive had far worse from other locations in the past. Gave instructions to get to me, driver followed them just fine and the transaction part was smooth. Maybe online orderings the key? Their building is a qwickie-mart style made for delivery and pickup, not for anything close to a sit-down so theres little distraction. Just tons of stoplights everywhere to slow up things, but as I said this time it was super fast!! As the new strip mall gets in there theyll be front and center at the streets edge so hopefully the increased traffic wont slow them up. Ill order again from here, not a ton of decent delivery places around at all as most of the good stuffs pickup.

I could slam this Pizza Hut, but honestly, I cant blame them. They are RIDICULOUSLY busy. If your pizza is late, dont blame the employees. Compared to other pizza joints in the area, this place runs like a well oiled machine. Fun fact: You are not the only person that wanted Pizza Hut pizza at prime time on a weekend, and you are not any more special than the 20 other customers that also decided to order at the same exact time as you. That said, their pans are disgusting, and covered in a black, caked on sludge that is impossible to clean (if you see little black specks on your crust, thats what that is), and last November one of the managers locked their employees outside with two armed robbers. The place is like a tiny hell.

Repeatedly bad service from this location. Ill never try my luck with pizza hut again. For one when you call to order it takes longer because an outsourced call center answers that doesnt know where youre calling from. More importantly if you get stuffed crust the pizza is flat because they pull all the dough from the center to make the crust -- add more dough! And lastly ive gotten one two many black burnt pizzas. Oh and hope you own a pizza cutter because they wont cut it all the way through. Too bad because no one else offers stuffed crust. Complete rip off. Pizza hut is all about making $$$ and advertising. Buy from small chains.

My husband ordered they said it would be 30 minuts went to pick up pizza then he was told it would be 7 more minuts then 7minuts latter it would be longer 10 more minuts well then they told him it still wasent ready would you mind pulling up and waitting so we can wait on other waitting in line at tje drive thru my husband told them you just lost a custommer he left with out getting his money back but you know what the whole time not once did they offer his money back he sent an replie about his visit to them not once did they call him to even make it right so much for coster service

I would like to say I LOVE Pizza Hut!!! So I wanted to open my order with a joke, so I said “ Dominos, how may I help you?” Lady freaked out on me, saying she would call the cops if I called again, so now I can’t call to speak to the manager. This particular employee has no sense of humor, and not willing to serve customers. This employee can’t take a joke!!! Super disappointed with this location.

I waited over an hour for food and when it get here the delivery driver tried to say I paid with cash when I specifically gave my card number to the cashier. He then went back to his car without giving me my food, say I front of my house for 20 minutes and my food was cold. This is the worst service I have ever had.

I understand that orders can sometimes be wrong but this has happened several times in a row. When I called in to talk to somebody they hung up on me before I could get more than one word out. I get that working fast food is stressful but being rude to the customer over the phone is not okay.

Two stars just for food... The service on the other hand is HORRIBLE ... Ive order from here 3 times within the past two months and all times Ive dealt with employees over the phone with bad attitudes and a smug delivery man... Used to have better service than this.. Very disappointing.

The service ia horribe. The so called manager Isabella talked to me rudely. And hung up on me. This was all over a big pizza box. I really could have had a hot pocket for all this!! She needs to be fired! The poor customer service skills are below proverty level.

Luigis isnt fancy, it isnt authentic Tuscan or anything like that BUT if you are hungry and looking for Italian American style food in Akron you have found the place. Salad and with LOTS of cheese, good pasta and pizza.

Worst experience with a Pizza Hut. Ordered a pizza, never came, ordered again, got the 10 buck box, bread wasnt cut, pizza was smaller than it shouldve been, not to mention the extra hour and a half wait.
