What a disappointing madhouse . No one there was taking ownership and leading the staff to get out from under the mass of orders they had. Orders were being filled on a "smallest orders filled first" basis, which left many customers annoyed and it created a hostile environment in the lobby amongst the customers waiting on their food. The burgers we ordered "plain" came with mustard on them and when we took them back the employee told us "Well you didnt say dry, you said plain." ... May I suggest a sign clarifying how they define burger ordering terms or may I suggest your employees asking for clarification when a customer is ordering? Not efficient. Not organized. such a horrible experience.

We came here because another local place didnt have enough employees to accommodate our party of 13 kids under 12 and 5 adults. We where pleasantly surprised at the friendly staff that helped us! They where slammed already when we came. The orders where pretty spot on with the exception of two kids burgers and a fry. I was impressed! ;-) they took care of it quickly and even assigned a guy to make sure we where all happy before he joined the team again! The food was delish and affordable! Great job Port A whataburger! If we are ever this adventurous again, we will be sure to stop in again! -From Ohio....The Jones, Fish, and Steinmetz clans!

Whats the big deal? Its a burger. It didnt rock my world. It was edible. Ordered the bacon and cheese burger, paid extra for an extra patty. Got back to my room... no bacon. Onion rings were OK. Everything else was just... meh The low rating was for screwing up the bacon cheeseburger. There a "you had one job" meme here, somewhere. And the staff. While the staff who interacted with us were friendly, there were a lot of uniformed workers hanging around the ordering line chatting, etc; it made it look like few people were working

Good food usually but got RIPPED OFF by some jerk. Ordered 2 small vanilla malts with extra malt (fave!) and HE gave me 2 KIDS sized malts and charged me 12 DOLLARS! The smalls are supposed to be 2 - something and I KNOW extra malt shouldnt jack up the price to $5-6 a piece. He didnt give me a receipt so they didnt even make it right when I went back to tell them. He knew what he was doing. WATCH them when you order and GET YOUR RECEIPT!

One of the best Whataburgers I have ever came across. The staff is some of the friendliest I have ever seen for a whataburger and the restaurant itself is very clean. Do be warned that during the busiest times of the year, crowds will come in high numbers and this place may become a bit disorganized during the busy times year. Other than that not a bad place to stop should the other restaurants in Port Aransas not appeal to you.

Six customers total where in the place and it still took nearly 30 minutes to get food Im sure it would have taken longer if I hadnt checked on it, they shuffle around as if they have nothing to-do yet the floor is destroyed with straw wrappers and French fries tables are not clean...its like a McDonalds from the early 2000s in there ...i know its fast food but come on have some work ethic.

I wanted a bacon cheeseburger combo minus the cheese. The lady said she couldnt do it. I asked why she and she (Lolly) rudely said because we cant change the menu price. I told her I didnt care about the price but I wanted bacon burger with no cheese. She said no. I would have waked out but I had seven other people with me so I got cheese on my burger. But i will NEVER go back.

After arriving in Port Aransas and having twelve beers, we went to this whataburger like you do. My A1 Thick and Hearty was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and seemingly beautiful. I am enchanted and feel as though there is no place I would rather be. My friend had the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip sandwich and he danced, as if to the music of the angelic choir. Hail Satan.

Ordered burger with no onions. Get a burger with chopped onions. Fine. Asked for a new one. Brings me as they say "burger with no onions" I check it. It still has a few onions in it. I could have picked onions out myself. Instead now I have a burger that was apparently picked through by the employees here. Not recommended unless you want stranger finger food.

Whataburger has always been my go to place for any type of food because theyve always gotten it right!! Well that changed when I got home with my order and found they had included another persons half eaten trash..wow talk a out hygenic. Called to complain and all I got from the "manager" was oh... did you go through drive through?!? And this matters why?

I went at 2 pm on a Saturday, with 7 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, and waited 23 minutes from when I placed my order. My gravy was cold. Fries were hot but soggy. Chicken strips were fine, but its hard to screw up chicken strips. This restaurant could have been the one to turne around Robert Downey Jr.s career.

Its Whataburger. Youre going to get the same food here as you would get at any other Whataburger. The only difference is going to be the service and how long the cooks have let the food sit before slapping everything into a wrapper and giving it to you.

I spend $20 at your restaurant...2 meals and 1 kids meal and I ask for regular ketchup and ranch and they charge me for the ONE RANCH I asked for. Absolutely ridiculous! I go to whataburger once a month and I have never been asked to pay for ranch.

Always have to get our burgers here when we come to port Aransas. They usually do a good job at getting our orders correct and will make it good when they mess up. We love this Whataburger day or night.

Worst chicken strips ever. Overall quality of food is not becoming of the brand. Cold fries, stale reheated chicken strips. I go to the other one on topperwein. Much better! Worth the drive.

Costs extra for being in port aransas. Fries werent great either but the burger was good. Not worth the price though, spent 9 bucks on a burger with fries and a drink for not so great quality.
