Ive come to the loop after every one of our summer league swim meets for about 10 years. Its pretty expensive for the quality of food served. Tonight, however, was the last straw. I ordered a $5 milkshake and received a half full tin cup of watery vanilla milkshake. I asked if there was a mistake and the woman behind the counter became very defensive. I have to say I am very disappointed. PS in the picture I had already taken a sip of the shake before thinking of taking a picture. You can still see how little was in it to begin with

We love going to the Loop! They have a large patio dining area with or without umbrellas and they are pet friendly (on the patio). Along with quick service and fresh food, we have always had an enjoyable time. Everyone is nice, from the counter person to the guy bussing tables. Also, they are respectful of Groupon users, unlike some establishments.

Took over 20 minutes to get our order(wraps and broccoli.) Food was cold once we got it. Cutlery was very dirty so I asked for plastic and the employee (I believe he was a manager) started to question me as if Im required to use the silverware.

I rarely rate anything a 5; however, this restaurant is deserving for its authentic and homemade Italian cuisine and impeccable service. It is quaint, comfortable and something not the many for all. Great desserts if you have a sweet tooth.

I reallly like the Loop. Glad its back. I ordered a Side Salad and a pizza TOGO today for dinner at work tonight. Pizza was good. But my salad had a dead bug in it. Head and body was not attached. Im so grossed out!

Food is good. Place is usually pretty busy. We like the outdoor seating in the spring and summer. My favorite items are the tomato bisque and chicken Caesar salad. The milkshakes are pretty good.
