Very disappointing. having never been to one of their franchisees before we didnt know what to expect. The first thing that we noticed was overall disinterest of the guy that served us. It felt like we were there wasting his time. The second thing was that he mumbled and we couldnt understand anything he said. Can we have Gorgonzola on that? Its on everything, we think he replied. It was like he was piling stuff on even though we hadnt asked for it. As we moved forward it became increasingly difficult in what should have been a simple pizza construction. Then finally we arrived at the guy who was going to take our money, only to find that he mumbled too. Having sat at a table with the order number, a girl plonked our pizza down and took the number and left, not a thanks, there you go, nothing. I actually thanked her, but to no avail. The pizza was mediocre and greasy, to say the least. We entered the place at about 7.15 pm on a Sunday night. At that time we were the only people in the joint, a couple did sit outside. By the time we left, disgruntled, a few more people were lined up to be served. Thought it strange at the time it was so quiet. Overall this place can be summed up by comparing it to a Subway for pizzas. You order the crust, oh trust me i have no idea if there were different sizes or not. Then you shuffle down and point vaguely at different things you want them to add. You can get beer here too, I only know this due to seeing signs. The only good point was the price was very reasonable, however, in a place like this, you get what you pay for. It was very clean, but of course this is a very new place and we would expect it to be. There was sufficient parking, probably due to practically nobody in there. I think if the staff had been less flat-lined and more helpful then the experience would have been more satisfying. Whoever is the manger for this outlet needs to sort their staff out. I personally would have not employed any of the three we came into contact with. Never again.

Just to be clear, Ive given a 1-star rating solely on customer service and not based on food quality. Looked online and seen that they close at 11. Sped over to the shop and made it right at 10:45 on a Friday night. Walked up to the door, and it was locked. There was a couple people inside getting checked out. Once we tried to open the door, one of the workers inside looked at us, and continued sweeping the floor. So we initially left, but made a U-turn. If the establishment says it closes at 11, we still have 15 whole minutes right?? So my girlfriend decides to knock this time, only to be ignored by the ENTIRE staff. Now, we can guarantee no customer service from this location. Im not sure how the other locations operate, but if you want to be out of your store by 11, you should close at 10:30. We drove quite a ways just to think we were on time, but were disappointed by their staff. I can now try another similar pizza establishment (like Blaze) because I dont know what to expect from them in terms of customer service. The hours of operation that they advertise online and that they post on their door is inaccurate based on our experience. I wonder what else they will advertise falsely for consumers to be sucked into a trap like we were. If I were you, go to Blaze or somewhere else you can actually trust.

Ok so here was my experience and keep in mind that the place just opened so maybe that explains everything...i walked in and behind the counter, there was, what appeared to be, 7 teenagers. None of them seemed entirely sure of what they were doing. They were all moving incredibly slow and there did not seem to be any adult or manager in sight-- Which would have been fine except what should have been a 10 minute experience was a 20 minute experience because they were soooooo slow. The whole time I was thinking "please dont let my pizza be burned!" Over and over again. I frequent Blaze Pizza (its is the exact same concept) and over there things seem so rushed and efficient but the pizza at Blaze and Pieology were almost identical so hence the good rating. There are 2 main differences, Blaze is slightly cheaper (I think by $2)...but I live about 15 minutes from Blaze in good traffic (about 40 minutes in rush hour) and they always have a line out the door and it is super difficult to park, none of those things are a problem at Pieology yet and its right around the corner from me. Convenience and comparable pizza make Pieology a great option.

My experience started a little rough after I had ordered first with a group of friends, and received my pizza last. It was luke warm and had obviously been left out and forgotten. After asking if I could have it re-heated, I was given a free pizza voucher for my next visit. Things happen and they were busy so I understood, and the voucher made it up to me in full! Great customer service.

My boyfriend and I were super excited to check this place out when we saw it. Finally got to try it out and we LOVED it. Super delicious, made our pizzas exactly how we wanted them and they came out great. The dough was cooked nice and crispy. The staff was really nice too. We had a great late lunch.

I will have to try them again. The pizza could have cooked a little longer to crisp the crust. Also, it is annoying to have the whole staff scream WELCOME TO PIEOLOGY! each time some one walks through the door....unnerving as you enter and annoying while placing your order and dining.

We saw this place finally open and wanted to try it. The pizza is incredible with plenty of options. The finished product tastes fresh. The staff knows how to take care of you. Prices are very reasonable (less than ten dollars a pizza). We will be back plenty of times.

Very basic small size pizza. No size or crust options. Hardly any sauce on our pizzas and dry. I wouldnt come here again. I like to have options while ordering a pizza! I found it comparable to the disgusting pizza i had in school growing up. Blahh

Our first visit was during the opening week, and it was a little rough with a lost pizza etc., but the manager made it right. Now we have been back twice and our pizza came out fast and was very good.

Was looking forward to ordering a pie but the phone kept gong to a voicemail after I was left on hold. Maybe we will try again after reading the reviews.

Neat concept for a restaurant. Reasonably priced for the amount of food and quantity. I like that youre not limited to a certain number of toppings.
