Called for a delivery. Probably the 3rd time Ive ordered from them. Usually pretty satisfied. The pizza was made incorrectly (not the end of the world) just missing olives on the other half of my pizza that I paid for. The delivery was a bit late (about 20-25 min) no big deal. Stuff happens. According to the delivery driver someone went on break and called in to quit. I had decided to try a couple of apps. Wings and the pepperoni rolls. Both sauces were not closed and spilled all over everything else. The pepperoni rolls were tough and gross. The driver suggested I call and let them know my pizza was made wrong. Im not wanting to make a big deal. I have worked f&b all of my adult life and then some. Im aware that orders get messed up. I decided to call to bring awareness. Talked the the guy who took my order (he had it right) he referred me to what I suppose was the manager. I told him about the pizza, I wasnt even worried about the other mess. He said the guy rang it in wrong which wasnt true. I checked the ticket. He pretty much blew me off. Said he would talk to the person who made it. Asked if there was anything else, seemingly to get me off the line. I said I would appreciate a little discount if we ordered again. He rudely asked if I wanted another pizza. I said "no, perhaps a discount if we order again". This was met with the same question "is there anything else I can do for you?" NOPE.. plenty of other pizza fish in town.

I normally dont write positive reviews, because I feel thats what you should always expect.. HOWEVER this place changed my mind. Not only do they provide a positive experience, they blow it out of the water. The food is awesome, the people are the best... seriously, walk inside and all the smiles you get, with the warm welcomes from every direction. Hands down this is a friendly place that deserves a chance to turn you into a regular customer. Its the perfect balance between a service, and friendliness. Now before you go and start saying Im somehow affiliated with them, please know that the only reason I ever went in there was because TJs Delis service sucks. These guys have quickly earned every bit of my business, and I will continue to support them. Thanks again guys, DONT CHANGE, and keep the salt off my flats hahaha!!!

I have been 3 times the 1st time was a play experience that was when they first open , but the last two times was not my cup of tea....2nd time food taste was not up to basic standards my wings were so soggy it tasted like it had been in got sauce for hours. Then tonight I go back there on my way home which is on the opposite side of town. They mess up my order didnt apologize or try to rectify the situation its frezzing out side all he said was you just have to bring it back. I explain I live on the other side of town it could not be tonight. Again did not apologize just you just have to save the food and bring it back. Im highly furstrated and do not plan on returning.

I am a New Yorker and was very excited when Time Square came to town. At first, the food was delicious, however, once business picked up the food was no longer made with care. Too many cook and staff changes. Owner, stopped being there.... I will never eat there again. Had my whole family eating there; even my out of town family. We all have stopped eating there.

The best pizza in town hands down! Takes me back home, love it! finally a pizza place you can walk into and order a slice or too without all the dripping grease off your pizza. when you order a large OMG takes up your whole trunk lol!!! LOVE THIS SPOT!

Love the pizza, the prices, and the employees. If you have a large family, like I do, you have to try the 26" pizza. Feeds the whole family and the price is still cheap. Not many places can I feed a family of 8 for under 20$.
