Me and my wife stumbled upon this place around 8 PM one night while visiting Florida. We had just missed the train back to Fort Lauderdale and it was going to be more than an hour before the next one.. We googled places to eat in the area and it happened to be across the street from the tram station. My wife loves pizza, so, we thought we would give it a try. After entering the establishment (with its 4 tables) we thought its probably not going to be very good. After ordering and watching the proprietor knead out the crust, add the sauce and toppings and then slide it into a brick oven. We started thinking maybe this could be, good. After a very short wait, and some pleasant conversation with the proprietor (the man and his wife). We were served the most delicious authentic pizza we have ever eaten… After our trip to the Bahamas, we had a layover of a couple of days in Fort Lauderdale and once again jumped a bus and a tram (over an hour ride) back to Miami to get another delicious pizza. If we ever return anywhere close (within 70 miles) to Miami we will be stopping in for another authentic pizza, and 2 or 3 to take with us.

This little gem is hidden in a small strip mall. I only tried the pizza, and it takes me back to the days of Bronx, New York, Dyer AVE. You can find a decent pizza place in New York on almost any corner, but to find that quality in South Florida is a true blessing. Not only is Ninos delicious, but very affordable. I have no problem driving from Miramar to get this pizza, but as a pizza purest, I only order slices or large pies, but their personal size pizza does not sacrifice anything in the flavor department.

Ninos is the Best Place for all your Pasta and Pizza needs. The Garlic Knots are to die for. Everything is home made, and you can tell. Its Comfort Food at its best. Reasonable Prices on everything. Theres a little seating area, a bathroom, and cold soda. Mr. Nino is a Great man, and he takes pride in his place and the food he makes

Phenomenal traditional style pizza. Theres a reason this guys been here for many years. Dining is kinda cramped, but price, quality and location (immediately next to Tri Rail and Metro) are perfection.
