I AM NO LONGER A CUSTOMER! My family ate at Fantasy Pizza at least 2-4 times a month and we were big fans of the service and food.....until now. Our last experience was so horrible we will never dine with them again. I placed an order for delivery for $52.00 for myself, husband and two young children. It was 8:20pm. The standard delivery time on a Friday is about 45minutes. An hour passed and we called at 9:30pm to find out the status of our order. We were told it had just left . 9:45pm...food still did not arrive. I live 3 minutes away from the restaurant. I called at 9:50pm repeatedly and no answer! They closed at 10pm. At that point my husband drove to the restaurant and the staff was cleaning up. He asked about our food and they told us they couldnt find our house. (Mind you they had delivered to our house more than several times in the past with no issues) He was willing to let it pass at that point and just wanted the food. They said they threw it away !!!!! They didnt offer an apology , a credit or even offer to make some food as a good gesture. They just seemed not to care. The next day I logged onto my bank account and they had the nerve to charge us for food we never got! I called the manager right away. She had taken our order the night before but left at 9pm. I explained my frustration to her. I cant believe in this day and age that no one had the common sense to Google our address, use a GPS, or CALL US! On top of that, if you know that a customer did not get their order & the phone is ringing over and over....more than likely its the customer calling for the food! The manager was apologetic and admitted that this was not the first time that they had an issue with that particular driver and offered me an in store credit. NO WAY! I wanted the money back in my bank account and told her I would NEVER eat there again after how poorly we were treated after being such loyal customer. P.S. We made other arrangements and didnt eat until after 11pm! Horrible!

I had a horrible experience at this place not long ago. I ordered a large pizza and when it was done, I saw that is was burned. The cook was running around the place like a chicken with his head cut off. I showed the pizza to the cook and he denied that it was burned. I then lifted it up and showed him it was also burned on the bottom of the pizza. He got really pissed off and told me that was the way the pizza turns out with the kind of oven they bake it in. I told him I dont like eating burned pizza. He said he would make another one. In the meantime, he takes out another customers pizza and shows it to me and tells me my pizza came out like theirs. I did not agree with him. Their pizza looked edible, not like mine. He went on and on about the burned pizza he could have given his employees, and that if I had not touched it, they could have eaten it, and who wants to eat pizza that I have touched with my hand, and that he would have to pay out of his own pocket for it. I sarcastically told him I was washed over with guilt. Instead of him taking responsibility for burning it, he was blaming me and making comments about how horrible his night was turning out to be out loud, talking to the cashier, and making all kinds of faces and running around like a maniac. His energy was over the top. The replacement pizza came out perfect (not undercooked and not burned) but it was somewhat salty and not as good as Antonios in Miramar. In the meantime, the other customers accused me of "standing over" their pizza and breathing on it. I told them that the cook asked me to look at it. Anyways, they were pissed off too. I walked out of there feeling like I walked into a bad dream. I definitely came to the wrong place and the, wrong time. I regret not going into Dennys next door for my late night munchies, instead of walking into bedlam.

This place is seriously just "OK". I was passing through and stopped for pizza and a salad with family. The menu made no sense. Its advertised as a sports/football place for pizza and wings, but offers "fancy pasta" and authentic Italian. We could barely enjoy our lunch due to the loud, obnoxious rap music playing and the TV competing for noise. The pizza was boring. We ordered buffalo chicken and got frozen, spicy chicken nuggets on a cracker thin pizza. We dont recommend going to this place unless youre into frozen, flash fried food combined with their "authentic Italian cuisine" that we were too afraid to try.

by now, this is the 4th website that Im writing a good review for this guys. 5 STARS. I stop by to eat at dennys past sunday, but the place was packed. so, I decided to eat next door at fantasy Pizza. What a Great Idea. Food was awesome and the service was great. I ate a philly cheese steak like I never ate b4. I saw the guy making right in front of me, he sautee all the veggies and steak at the time that i ordered. I never saw any place making subs fresh at order. the best thing was. 6.99 with a free soda. My kids ate Pizza , that was pretty good too. I will be back for SURE. Thank you guys.

Ordered two meatball parm subs and a Philly cheesesteak. The meatball subs were totally bland - the strongest flavor was from whatever burned in the salamander / toaster oven from earlier today, and therefore were lots of black bits in the paper under the subs. The cheesesteak would have been ok (a little skimpy on the meat) but it was too salty to eat. I was starving but could only choke down half. The bread was pretty good and the delivery was fast. Will try their pizza someday probably.

I just moved to MIRAMAR 1 week ago. I called to place a delivery order, and the girl that answered the phone immediately put me on hold. So I waited patiently for 7 minutes. On the 8th minute I decided to drive up there. Yes Im still on hold while driving. I walked into the place to order, and what do you know. There was nobody on line to order. And me still on hold. Too bad for them Im such a good tipper. I will never return, what a way to run a business. Thanks

I am not sure what happened with this restaurant, but lately the food is not good. Today, I told my wife to give another opportunity. We ordered a Xlarge pineapple and jam, but we have to see with a magnifier the jam and with a microscope the pineapple. We were told that the restaurant is under new owner and it seems that the quality and presentation is not good any more. After 2 years this was my last visit for me and my family to Fantasy pizza.

I must admit i wasn`t too impressed with the staff when i first walked in. The place seem disorganized and not thrilled to be there. HOWEVER, i tried the two slice special and was truly impressed by the quality and taste of the pizza... I travel to all different Pizza places in hopes of finding the NYC STYLE SLICE and i must say this is it.... Forget the staff and the appearance, just try the pizza.... You`ll be sold like me....
