I placed a delivery order over the phone for a couple of pizzas, one of them being pepperoni. They brought me 3 pizzas but did not bring the pepperoni. I told the driver, whom said he would be right back with our pizza. An hour later nothing. I called them to see what happened with our pizza assuming they were going to rectify their error as he said. Once I told him who I was, he hung up on me..... I called back giving them the benefit of the doubt HOPING the call dropped. He answered and said " sorry were closed already." He also said it was not written down on the order the person took down. I let him know I absolutely ordered one. He responded again with "well were closed now. Sorry." 1. May I ask how it is the customers fault, the employee wrote the wrong order down? 2. He said they would come back. We had visitors waiting ONLY for that pizza. They did not have the courtesy or professionalism to call me and tell me they were in fact NOT coming back. 3. They gave me absolutely no respect or solution as a customer. Im honest, the pizza is very good (hence the 2 stars). But I would rather spend my money somewhere they value me as a customer rather than somewhere that the food is really good but treat you like another number. Careless and unappreciated. This is the second unprofessional situation with them in less than 2 months. The first one being a billing error they made. They will absolutely no longer receive any business from my family and I.

This isnt the first time Ive had Jersey Johns Pizza (and their wings) so its not a one time experience review. I am quickly making Jersey Johns my top choice for "Pizza Night". The quality of their pizza is great and the wings are actually very, very surprising because its a "Pizza" place. I was speaking with my spouse today about how good the wings are and we both agreed that they rank at the top around the Pembroke Pines area. From the actual ordering process to the delivery everything was pleasant and accurate (not to mention...pretty fast! I 101% RECOMMEND JERSEY JOHNS PIZZERIA if your looking for your "home" pizza place or if your looking to switch it up. You wont be disappointed.

I made the critical mistake of falling for a commercial. I ordered a pan pizza from Papa Johns and boy do I regret it. After it arrived my husband and I said this is exactly why we dont order from large chain pizzerias. It was the bitter taste of betrayal (maybe expired sauce) because we are huge fans of Jersey Johns and their delicious pizza. They offer the best pizza by far! Their meatball pizza is a life changer. Dont forget to order their Siracha Bites. Their shop is always filled with friendly people. My daughter took swimming lessons next door and we would stop by and grab some Dippin Dots. Thanks for never disappointing us and always serving great pizza!

I havent even gotten my food and Im already impressed. I was led by the almighty Google to another place in search of a Philly Cheese steak when I saw this place a couple doors down. I was greeted by a hardworking gentleman who took my order promptly and nicely. What blew me away was that as I am waiting on my order, the gentleman called me by name. He had only seen it for a moment on my payment method. He suggested an additional topping to my order. What attention to detail. Freaking amazing!

I was recently there to purchase pizza and wings for my family I have been there before with issues but this time was different I waited over 40 minutes for 1 pizza and an order of wings the customer service was horrible towards myself when asked how long I received attitude for the cook an older gentleman and when my order was ready the young lady in the front asked me did I pay after Ive already paid her directly. Prejudice is all I can say and I will no longer visit that established

Read. This pizza is the best in south Florida. I travel from Oakland for a pie every week. The service is wonderful and the food is amazing. What else could you possibly want? Do your taste buds a favor and savor a large pizza with you favorite toppings. Btw...the wings....no words for the wings bc I’m too busy eating them. Call em already...you wont know until you try.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PIZZA BUSINESS EVER! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. THE PERSON WHO I SPOKE TO WAS NAMED RYAN. HE SAID HE WAS THE OWNER. HE TOLD ME TO SUCK ROCKS. THIS WAS ALL BECAUSE I CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS SERVICES. IF HE TRULY DOES OWN THE COMPANY. HE NEEDS TO GROW UP AND BE A REAL BUSINESS OWNER. GOOD LUCK!

My family and I eat here at least 4 times a month. Actually we get take out and not delivery because I am only two blocks away. Pepperoni pizza and 10 wings. Wings are great. They come dry and you dip them in the sauce. I used to eat pizza hut before them but Jerseys is so much better. Calzones are very good also.

First time customer. I placed an order and the lady didnt check if they delivered to my address. After taking the payment and waiting for the delivery guy, we received a call the driver one hour later, saying he was lost and couldnt deliver the pizza to our address. Very upsetting. Horrible experience.

The pizza is alright nothing crazy to die for but its pretty decent. I ordered for delivery about two times from here each time it took about an hour to an hour and a half for me to receive it. The quality overall is just a little over average. I may consider eating here again.

The wings are some of the best Ive ever had. The pizza too. Pretty fast delivery though its way faster to just go and pick it up. I especially like their meatball pizza. Ive never had troubles while delivering either.

Ive tried just about every pizza place within 33026 and I have yet to find any place that comes even close to Jersey Johns. Delicious everytime. Fast and fresh. Best wings around. Be ordering for over 2 years now

Food is very good but dont get it delivered unless you want to wait an hour and a half to get your food. 2nd time this has happened. Update..... it took 2 hours for delivery this time.

Doing work near by. Called for delivery. CSR was great. Delivery guy was on point. Ordered a Margarita pizza and it was great. Thank you for the energy boost.

The guy who answered the phone was very pleasant and so was the person who delivered the pizza. Its only took 40 mins. The pizza was pretty good too.
