This place started off well. I first discovered the chain out West. The staff is always friendly. But the restaurant is slowly giving in to corporate pressure.... removing some menu item sandwich toppers and changing up how they wrap lettuce wiches and getting rid of some local promos. The food is still tasty, but the trend is definitely not up any more. Hope they turn it around.

Awesome sandwiches at Mayfaire, with a great staff, clean, comfortable. Huge variety of offerings with quality ingredients. Thanks for the great food. A little hidden in Mayfaire but well worth the search. Large screen TVs were showing the NCAA Tournament games. My family had a great experience and is now in the rotation for must go to places to eat.

The food is always great...however, the last three times Ive placed an online order they have forgot to place an item in my bag that has already been paid for. Every time I have called and they say I can come pick it up. Its just inconvient for me to go back out when I have a short lunch break at work. Please just check your bag before you leave!

Ive never had a sandwich correctly made here, Ive given it multiple chances and they have never made a sandwich with the right things. I ordered a turkey club today and it ended up being smothered with mushrooms which I didnt order and was missing bacon. Dont come here, I like which Wich, but this location is bad.

This is a decent sandwich shop. You write your order on a bag and they make your sandwich. If you put random things on your bag, theyll still make it. Prices are very good and the food is great. Just remember to put things you know youll like on there and you wont be disappointed.

Best sandwiches ever, friendly people. New favorite. Its weird cuz youd think you could make a sandwich at home thats just as good but for some inexplicable reason you cant, so just go here and save yourself the trouble and disappointment.

Clean areas, good seating, never too busy and good sandwiches. The parents eat free Mondays are a great idea and we use it often.
