Luna Caffe is one of Wilmingtons gems! Its creative vibe is perfectly suited to Castle Streets up-and-coming artistic district and the friendly neighborhood atmosphere makes guests feel immediately welcome. The coffee is great and the owners are amazing people who love their community. Coffee-shopping is one of my very favorite hobbies and over the years, I have realized that some coffee shops have good coffee and others have a good vibe. Luna has both! Plus they have almond milk and soy milk, which are great for all my dairy-free homies. I would highly recommend Luna to anyone looking for a place to study, meet friends, connect with the community, and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Next time you are looking for a new coffee-shop adventure, try this special spot! Im pretty sure you wont be disappointed!

I found Lunas on Instagram while perusing accounts near where we live. My husband and I stopped in a couple of weekends ago and Im so glad we did! He had the nitro cold brew and I got a vanilla-lavender latte. Both were exceptional and I loved the uniqueness of the lavender! Especially when the barista mentioned it was fresh and made in house, neato! :) The shop is adorable as well, and The Princess Bride was playing the second time we came, who doesnt love some good nostalgia? We love supporting small local businesses so will definitely be returning!

Luna Caffe has a very friendly staff and a great vibe! I tried the vanilla lavender iced latte today, and it was absolutely delicious. The space has a relaxed feel with a great playlist of music. It is a comfortable space to relax or do work in, but it is also very easy to drop in for a drink to go. They have various board games (Jenga, chess, Connect 4, etc), and dogs and children are both welcome. Overall, this is a great little coffee shop, and I would definitely come again!

It doesnt look like much on the outside but inside they have made it a fun, cozy place to be. Nice selection of specialty coffee drinks they are happy to alter however you like. They have trivial pursuit and little forms of entertainment here, as well as a couple different seating areas that give you permission to hang out as long as you like. I wish there were more inviting places around it to draw people inside. Its a nice little establishment.

It took me a while to find this place, but Im glad I did. Definitely the best coffee in town (drip coffee that is). Ive had a few espressos but primarily drink coffee...and prefer it black. Their beans are so much better quality than the bigger coffee shops. As well, you cant beat the community here. Lots of great people and located right here on Castle Street. Lastly, the wifi is perfect...its never out and never fails. Love this place. Legit.

This is the best coffeeshop in Wilmington! I spent my first few years here wishing for a great neighborhood hangout offering delicious coffee and a comfortable place to work and socialize; Luna is just that. The owners and baristas are super friendly, the atmosphere is laid back, and this place has done wonders for my productivity. Plus, if you come here, theres a good chance that youll meet some adorable dogs. Thanks, Luna!

This sweet little place is just a few blocks off the main fair on the riverwalk. Artsy fun and clean with great snacks like spinach rolls, biscotti ( gluten free) and spicy mocha coffee; eclectic and very comfortable, a great way to treat yourself with a little down time. The owners are informative and very friendly. Thank you, I enjoyed my visit. Hope to be back soon.

one of two places in ILM with good espresso. Lately, however, the espresso has been inconsistent, and while the prices are perfectly reasonable when their espresso is good, they are unreasonable when the espresso is not prepared correctly. Best baked goods in town. Im really not a fan of Java Estate roastery--maybe thats a part of the issue.

Favorite coffee shop in ILM! Prices are on par with the big uns but the experience is so much better, starting with the atmosphere of the café and including the much better tasting coffee, and the always fun baristas! Nice place to connect to internet for work or study. Good selection of coffee, not much food, free wifi, plenty of outlets, not too busy, and if you need to drag a kid or two, there are games, books, and a TV with a DVD player to turn your toddler into a zombie while you get some work done.
