This coffee shop has a great atmosphere, great coffee, and attracts a good coffeeshop crowd. Unfortunately the wonderful setting is often shadowed by a prissy young asian brat which i have come to assume to be the daughter of the owner. The numerous times I have been here i have been served great coffee from dozens of different kids several of different times and the only time I have been dissatisfied have been when this brat was working. Consistently I have seen her treat her "guests" rudely and in a manner unbefitting a dog, if lucky enogh to get noticed at all. When finally given a drink it is always of the poorest quality and either cold or old.

Ive lived around Pvill for 7 years now, I used to live in Florida before then and consider myself a connoisseur of coffee. Living in florida all my life ive experienced wonderful flavors from all around the world. Market street is a great place to go have coffee. They have a wide selection and their prices arnt bad (compared to starbucks) I would rate their coffee an 8.5 out of 10 ...which is hard to find these days especially in northern virginia. The service is friendly, the owner always greets me with a smile. Good employees too. Best part about this place is the atmosphere. Love the comfy seats and the decor.

She singled me out and objected to the Chinese food I brought with me, while ignoring both another patrons Chinese food and the body odor of an unbathed third patron. I suspect it was because I had my (very well-behaved) son and quiet baby with me and was still dressed for work - I didnt match her atmosphere. In fact, her complaint wasnt that I hadnt purchased from her (we bought hot chocolate), but that I was obscuring the coffee odor in her shop. Her tone was quite condescending.

Went by here last night at 7 (4/6/17) and ordered a small decaf. I didnt think anything of it at the time, but the cashier looked over at the kid with the long brown hair that was filling my coffee and said didnt he say decaf?. It wasnt. I was awake all night, and had to be up for work at 4am. Funny joke kid. Funny, funny joke. Aside from that, my wife enjoyed her gelato, and the coffee tasted good.

Havent had any other drinks besides their frozen hot chocolate which bearings me back ask the time. I love the decor its very inviting and comfortable. This place will definitely be somewhen I stop this winter for a hot drink and just to sit and enjoy a book.

When one employee looks at the other and asks them to make the drink you ordered for her because "its a pain in the ass". Appalling. Im not going to spend money there when the employees are whining about the drinks you order to your face.

The personal attention is so sincere and welcome...the caring for every detail is special... it was my husbands 75th birthday and we couldnt have been at a more intimate setting! The cuisine was yum... Thank you.

No. Just... No... Go to MS for wifi and the horribly uncomfortable seats... Buy water. Thats the only product there that they cant mess up.
