(Ive eaten there several times since it opened) Not worth the wait if the lines are long. It gets a lot of business because its right next to campus. The milkshakes can be above average , but not always. The rest of the fast food options are very hit and and miss. The food has a habit of being at room temperature and not hot or even warm. I take my gf here to get milkshakes sometimes, but the food sub par and as Ive already mentioned not worth a long wait in the drive thru. This is late night stoner or drunk food for when one doesnt care how their food tastes or is prepared. This a bottom barrel burger place. Being close to campus and being open late are the only reasons this place remains open.

Solid cookout experience every time I go. I always get the same thing every time I go to any cookout so I have a base line for quality. Fantastic food. The tea is as expected for cookout. It needs to be steeped longer so as to not be so diluted but thats typical for every cookout. My order has always been right unlike at some other cookouts. Yes the wait here around the dinner hour and the late night hours can be long sometimes from the sheer amount of people that frequent this location but that tends to be a common theme for any cookout near a college campus. I can add this to a list of quality cookouts. The smile as I leave my he window is a nice touch also.

Not pleased with this Cookout restaurant, you can only order through the drive thru or outside window. Parking lot very small and difficult to get in and out. All five of us decided to order through the outside window well they have a trash bin right next to the order menu and window, the trash smelled so bad we literally ordered then crossed to the other side of the driveway to wait for our food. The food was also not the best or even made as they advertise or as we ordered. Three out of five of us were Very Unpleased! Overall very disappointed about this Cookout!

Cook Out is always on point with hot food. Whether Im eating there twice a week or once a month, you can never catch them on a bad day! Employees are pleasant and helpful! Sometimes I get confused and inquire about the different burgers (searching for the biggest one) and I ALWAYS have someone on the other end politely explaining! Thanks Cook Out for pissing my doctor off and for making that needle on my scale go around too many times...WELL WORTH IT!!!

Good food at good prices. Fast service. Open late. Convenient location for walking patrons that live nearby and dont have a car. A headache for drive-thru patrons. Do not park at the apartments behind it if you dont have decals or even on the complexs entrance-exit road regardless of decals, you will be towed. I watched it happen to several people very quickly while I waited in line at the drive-thru.

Employees were extremely disrespectful when I asked to eat inside. In a world where the customer is always right, how can they tell me Im wrong? They said there was no inside dining and that it was drive through only. All I wanted was some cheddar fries and some lemonade and to get out of the rain. BUT THESE EMPLOYEES WILL CONTINUE TO LIE EVERYTIME I TRY TO INSIDE!!!!

Always look forward to eating at cookouts when Im in this area. Burgers are good. They are not Five Guy burgers but theyre much better than McDonalds or Burger King or typical fast food. Also their meal trays are extremely cheap and you cannot beat them. A burger a quesadilla and chicken nuggets with a drink for $5? Who does that?

AWESOME food and customer service. EVEN corporate is awesome! I called and asked what their burgers ingridents are and was told 100% beef and everything is indeed cooked on a charcoal grill. Their are no additives to their meat. Im very happy with their food but would like to see alternatives to a more healthy selection.

This and Chick-Fil-A are the only fast food worth going to around here these days. You get a great burger at a great price. Their platters are the best deal in town! You can get a double burger, corn dog, bacon wrap and a huge tea or a Cheerwine float for five bucks. Man, you cant beat that!

They need to take down their $4.99 special because it will always be more like $6 or $7 or even more. The food is good, but its almost as bad as buying a new car with all the hidden charges that they add on. Keep it simple guys and it may even speed up your drive thru.

Super fast and very good! The selection of milkshakes is astonishing and you might be sitting there a while trying to decide! Burgers are good, but they get a star taken off for their buns. Having a plain bun on such a good burger makes me sad :(

11am one of very few first couple customers. My burger is charred so much it crunched as I bit into it. Cheese is melted so much theres not cheese and you guys are constantly messing my food up.

They pump through orders quickly and accurately. I cant remember a time that I made a request for an item to be a specific way and they didnt do it. Love their barbeque!
