Last time I came I ordered a footlong coney got it back at the car to find it not even cooked. I asked for them to remake it as it wasnt cooked after the server argued with me that it was indeed cooked. She eventually remade it to my findigs extra well done. The dog was burnt to a crisp with the exception of a lava hot processed meat innard. I said **** it and just ate the chili and cheese bread which is impossible to screw up and would be willing to pay 1.50 for, but the dog that all they have to do is cook to the right temperature is worth the other 2.75 they charge for these 5 dollar hot dogs. Came back tonight to order a footlong coney strawberry banana cream slush and tots. Order came out with no straws, forks or condiments. Server accepted my 10 and never asked if I wanted change. We go to eat the food, same deal with the dog as last time, undercooked as **** and a stray hair likely from our servers weave. Never coming back to this establishment.

Very, very disappointed. I have tried multiple times to give this particular location a chance, but I have been let down by the service everytime. Food tastes great... but this location has run out of sweet tea before 8pm several times...and when they havent it has been sour. Also location doesnt actually take 1/2 off the slushes and shakes after 8pm like it says on sign. There always seems to be something wrong with the order. Ordered a double cheese burger no onions. Got a single patty. Called to explain, server came back out to the car..took the burger back from my friends hands... brought back a double..WITH onions. My friend and I will not be returning to the Market Street, Wilmington, NC again.

Good food but SERVICE IS SO SLOW! When there are maybe 5 cars waiting when I pull in, and I order 1medium shake and 2 mini shakes, why am I waiting 20mins??? Then I asked for a drink tray when I ordered, & the, girl forgot it said she would bring me one but I watched her come in and back outside TWICE and she STILL didnt have it. Ridiculous! I know others were waiting but I was before them and it wasnt my mistake! I refused to wait any longer so I pulled off. Every time Ive been here since moving back(almost 2years) has been a poor experience with wait times, theres no explanation! The food is the only reason Ive come back but Im seriously considering never coming back to this location again!

This place has roaches crawling in the lettuce they put on burgers.The place is so infested that they had a 83 sanitation grade a couple of weeks ago.My son used to work there he told me to never eat there the place is nasty beleive me go to cookout the manager there marcus deosnt care how nasty it is as long as he deosnt have to do a little work lazy peice of trash nobody wants bugs in there food They are completely incompetent when you go and find bugs in your burger please go inside and slap somebody in the face they dont want to eat that so why would the customers

The food was hot and pretty good, but not like the other ones. I disliked the attitude the server gave us, and how ignorant she was to us, interrupting us while we were ordering and talking to others in the background. I dont understand how, but she did get the order right. The person came out, and just handed the food to us in a rush, and confirmed everything was in there. Everything was all stacked and dropped all in the bag, and the straws were all cracked. I definitely dont want to come back.

First of all it took forever for the server to answer my order. I was waiting for a couple of minutes while the employees inside were doing nothing. Then when they took my order it took forever to make, and again this place was not busy at all. Then when I finally got my food and took it home it was wrong. Thank you sonic for the worst customer service you worthless degeneretes.

I got some fries from here before and there was a burnt bug in them! At first I thought it was just a burnt piece of a fry so I put it in my mouth and I felt legs ! I took it out my mouth and of course it was a small bug that had been cooked with the fries!!! My appetite was completely ruined and my family and I havent been back since.

A bit disappointed ordered luch for my child, wife and my self. I hade ordered a chicken strips kids meal, whitch comes with 2 chicken strips totts and a drink. I was a little angered when i got home to find a kids meal bag with only a small tots and a toy inside. I dont think i will be returning to this location in a while.

I dont know why I even keep giving this place a chance. I was going to get a slushy will I wait to pick up my other half and to find out you closed at 11:00 today but it says 12:00 on Google maps..... ha ..... funny ..... not sure if its a come up with you guys maybe you should just close and start over fresh

Ive been a member of Planet Fitness for about 3 years now and have been enjoying it ever since the day that I began working out there. The staff is wonderful and polite. I really just enjoy working out there I think that its the best Fitness Center that Ive ever visit. I would take my family and friends there

This used to be our favorite burger place in town. It has gone down hill so bad. Long wait, order was completely wrong. Most of the intercoms dont work. The hops look they have better things to do... I wonder if corporate reads these reviews? Sadly, this will be our last Sonic trip...

Not good at all. I came in around lunch time and my burger was cold as if it had been made previously. I sent it back a d that was no better. I grew up eating Sonic and it has deffinatly changed....no longer a fan

Slowest service ever. Got two slushed. Took 20 mins. And ironically going thru the drive thru is even slower!!! Takes them about 15-20 to even answer on the speaker. Please is a fun concept but like come on.

The tables at the play area are always a mess and the birds are always in there waiting for food. They do have a big play area I would recommend eating in your car then going to the play area.

I ate there years a go I had bought a double cheese burger from there and made me sick as a dog they sold me bad meat I will never eat there again the food there is nasty you will get sick .

Do not eat at this restaurant. My five year old was diagnosed with Salmonella and was very sick. They have trouble getting orders correct and the workers smoke right in front of customers.

How can you possibly mess up a slushie? This is the most raggedy sonic I have ever been to and as a trucker I drive all 48 states. I would give this dump -5 stars if it were an option.
