Food is OK, nothing to really say about that. If youve been to sonic drive-in before, this establishment does hold up to brand. The problem is ordering, the staff is new and do require some training, but somewhere in the kitchen must be someone who struggles to read. Why, because they made the same mistake twice for me. The Ultimate Chicken Club is a featured sandwich, and also costs more, on the menu. When I ordered it the first time, I was given a deluxe chicken sandwich. What does the club have that the deluxe does not: black pepper Mayo, cheddar cheese, and bacon. After the first mistake, the cashier apologized and had it fixed. I ordered the same sandwich to-go and had the thought to check the sandwich, but thought it was a simple mistake and would not happen again. Nope, the cooks did the same thing when I got home. I paid extra for the wrong sandwich. So either A) a person who cooks can not read and doesnt understand the menu very well. They can look up what a sandwich is and make it correctly, or B) there ordering system is bugged and the cook received the wrong sandwich to make. I have also heard of similar instances with ordering, but I cant correlate them since its purely anecdotal. So this might not even happen to you, so check your order before leaving and you shouldnt have problems.

4/17 spent over $20 to get served nasty food. Ate inside to begin with. First time at this Sonic. Ordered iced coffee instead of soda in a combo and paid 50 cents more for literally ice and coffee. We special requested it as their iced coffee is made with a milkshake mix?! Ordered Crispy chicken sand combo large with tots and soda, double bacon cheeseburger with tots and iced coffee med. Mini order of onion rings equals $21 dollars. Order arrived with everything shoved into a bag. Chicken sandwich was literally oozing with mayo. It was everywhere. Had them remake with no mayo. Iced coffee arrived not to order, had them remake that. Double cheeseburger was gross as an understatement. First it was slathered in mayo and instead of cheese slices had cheese sauce. Then it was smashed down to less than 2 inches tall, which made all liquids ooze everywhere. Received 3 cold chewy onion rings in the mini order. Asked for a manager and waited over 15 min for a scared 19 yr old shift manager to come out. In the end we ended up with a $20 coupon but we have ZERO desire to every try it again. BTW sometime after 11pm developed a nasty case of diarrhea... And Sonic was all I had to eat that day. Just saying.

Showed up here late night to get a bunch of food with a friend. I asked for a burger with no sauce, got a plain patty and cheese. My burger was missing all of the other toppings. Additionally I got a breakfast burrito which was barely wrapped properly and they forgot my tots. Also, they initially forgot my Sonic Blast, which was just sitting on the counter. The guy at the counter had to check the drinks there to see what was there almost as if he didnt know what he was doing - big surprise there. I ended up coming here instead of Taco Bell hoping I would have another option nearby if I wasnt craving Taco Bell. Every single time Ive come to a Sonic Ive had good food and good service, however, this location is nothing short of awful. If theres one thing I recommend is to just waste the 5-10 extra minutes in line at the drive through for Taco Bell and dont even try going to this place late night. I promise you, you will be disappointed if you order more than 2 items, they will forget something and take their merry time. They just genuinely dont care about the customer here.

My experience at sonic has always consisted of them totally messing something up every time and I say something nicely its EVERYTHING from not mixing the candy into slushies to food that is so cold it feels like its fresh out of the fridge. Last time I went there because they openly advertise half price boneless after 5pm and there is no advertised close date so i show up and the guy goes yeah sorry idk why but I cant give you half price boneless and i was like what and he was like must have just ended I responded with it says nowhere online that it ended so I left and went to Dairy Queen ForTheWin lesson learned stay away from sonic I went there like 15-20 times and of those my order was right once in other words I am as unsatisfied as a person could ever get with a resturant. Thank You Thank You Thank You

Cheap food and great drinks but the repeated terrible service does not make it worthwhile. Menu prices may not reflect actual prices so you seemingly get overcharged and they wont adjust the price back down to what is advertised. They refuse to do separate/multiple orders in drive thru and send you over to the stalls. They dont tell you the stalls close at a certain hour so they just leave you sitting there indefinitely. This pretty much forces you to through the drive thru each time for each order. For a fast food chain the wait times are pretty long, somewhere between 10-30 minutes to get our order. Again these are repeated experiences at this location, very frustrating.

I have waited more than 20 mins for my order three times now. First time understandable, second time was in drive thru for over 30 mins and 20 mins after I placed my order. This time they were giving out the wrong food to everyone in front of me, and by the time I got my food 22 mins had gone by, for a burger and tots. I believe there is some sort of organization issue at this new location and until they figure it out I would avoid it unless you have nothing better to do with the day

I ordered onion rings and chicken. Sounds simple enough but they burned the onion rings until they were almost black and didnt even put my chicken in the bag. I had to drive all the way back to discover they left them in a bag by the drive thru window. I know because they were cold and to top it all off they gave me marinara sauce for my chicken when I asked for BBQ. So disgusting I threw everything away. I thought Sonic was good but aparently not in Henrietta...

We went to the sonic in Henrietta Monday night. I ordered a plain hamburger for my 5 yr old. I returned it twice as they kept putting cheese on it...even though I requested only meat and the bun. Simple request screwed up twice. Had a raspberry slushy and was disappointed as it was not sweet like movie theatre slushies. Tossed it out. The guy at the counter was super friendly, so that is why there are 3 stars and not just 1. The girls were all miserable.

Was a great visit for the most part. This is now the second timenthat they only brought out part of our order. When I advised them of it they did apologize and we got the remainder of our order in a couole minutes, much better than the last visit. The food is always great, have never had a bad meal. The Concrete s are my favs second only to my Slushies. Worth the stop and really love being able to eat in, out on the deck or sit in your car.
