Wow, what a great place! I was running late, so to save time I called the Hagerstown Sonic to ask if they could take my order by phone. The lady I spoke with was both friendly and knowledgeable, and she said she could take my phone order. I placed the order which included lettuce and onions on the side for 3 cheeseburgers, plus fries and tots. When I arrived at the Sonic about 10 minutes later, there were several cars in front of me at the drivethrough. I gave my name and they came out with my order, all ready, including the lettuce and onions in a separate bag. The food was, as usual, delicious and perfect! My family loves Sonics food and this experience was so good I had to tell the world. Go there! It rocks!

Lets just say..McDonalds has no worries as far as the breakfast burrito is concerned. I ordered two of them and was highly disappointed. While I write this review, my friend just chimmed in and said almost exactly what I wrote and noted that Sonics at $3.68 versus McDonalds less.than half the cost was bland and a far cry from what I remember years ago. The good ole daysare definitely not here anymore..at least at this location.

Order from the mechanical box was more pleasurable than seeing a real human face the experience gives me the feeling of step into star wars a cold and in personal world. However the human in the box was warm and inviing and took my order was swift and professional. However my cheeseburger was cold but the French fries were warm.I choose sonic as one of my top go to fast food places because I like the buns .

We stopped here on our way through town and ate while driving. The food was terrible. The chicken tenders were over fried and barely warm. The fries were cold. The chicken sandwich was cold, tough and the bunch was soggy. The popcorn chicken was over fried and barely warm. Had we not driven away I would have taken all the food inside and asked for a refund.

Horrible service had to repeat my order multiple times and still wasnt right but the food that they did get right was good. also had to wait 30minutes in the drive thru for a hot dog and a cheeseburger when we got to the window all the staff was just standing around not knowing what to do worst sonic ive ever been to, they all need to be trained better!

This place is always understaffed for the location that it is in. We had to wait an obscene amount of time for our food and then when the food got to us everything was cold. The tots were rubbery, cheese wasnt even melted on my friends burger, and our sweet teas tasted rancid. I travel from VA to Hagerstown often but will not be stopping here again!

The first time I went I spent nearly twenty minutes sitting at the drive-through window waiting for a Fish Sandwich, the second time it was for free food and it was a really good Steak sub. ( I got that because I had complained about the wait time for the fish sandwich using their corporate phone number)

THe drinks are always good. There was a long line when we went through the drive through the other day, however, because we only got drinks they came out and took our money and gave us our drinks so we didnt have to wait :) The guy was very friendly! Much better service than when they first opened.

Not that I ever expect to be blown away by sonic, but this one was a bit more disappointing than most. Stopped on a family roadtrip(I think this is the only reason anyone goes to a sonic) hoping for a greasy bag full of Americana, but everything was so over fried it bordered on dry and inedible.

This sonic is consistently slow and the people who have been working when I go are never nice. They always seem to get the orders wrong and the food always comes out cold. They are also incredibly slow, pretty ridiculous when you wait that long to get cold food.

I wish there was a Sonic near Manassas or Woodbridge. Stopped off at this one today for a couple of sodas. Service was fast and efficient. Only complaint is that we requested easy ice in our drinks but the drinks came almost completely topped off with ice.

I heard the hotdogs were good. I got the cheese steak. I mind as well could have gotten the same thing in the frozen aisle at the grocery store. It had the same pale, pasty hoggie bread with the freeze-dried flakes of steak "meat."

Exactly what you would expect from a Sonic. We always seem to stop here right before a storm which is fun to watch the clouds come rolling in. Unfortunately that also means we have to eat quickly.
