Food was pretty bad...the fried sweet and sour chicken and the doughnuts tasted like plastic...it was horrible. The generals tso chicken did not have the same taste I am guessing from the sauce covering it. The dumplings are wrapped in such a thick wrapper that they are just basically steamed dough ewwww. The only 2 things we enjoyed at all were the fried rice and the egg roll....and these items were not good but not as bad as the rest. As far as service goes the delivery driver was so rude he said to me after I signed the receipt or theres no tip....and I said no Im sure I put one on the card he said no not one on here. I told him I didnt have any cash but could find some quarters so off I went.....knowing I had clicked to add a tip to my card but whatever I guess I was gonna give him some extra. Once the driver left and I opened my bag I discovered why he said there was no tip on the card....because he had given me the wrong order he was already gone by the time I realized. This part does not upset me it was a mistake and he came right back and apologized for the mistake I was upset by his attitude about a tip believe me I understand that delivery drivers deserve a tip but I have a hard time giving to much of a tip when the company charges a delivery fee (Im ordering 25$ worth of lunch from a restaurant delivery should be included or they should give that money to drivers so they dont give attitude about a tip) and his nerve to ask rudely "so theres no tip" just really irked my nerves. So not only did I pay 25$ for our lunch including delivery fee and the 2$ tip I put on my card but I also gave the driver 3$ in quarters (didnt have cash which is why I put a tip on the card in the first place....he did bring quarters back and offer them to me when he brought my food I let him keep them I figured he needed them more than I did hence his attitude). Needless to say we will never order from here again, we normally order from china fu and love their food and service although we were hungry at it was just 11 am and China fu does not open until 12

After getting a flyer on our door I decided to try. They got my husbands order wrong- he ordered sesame chicken and thats not what he got. second of all, I ordered the broccoli with garlic sauce. oh my gosh there was hardly any sauce and the little bit that there was, was not very good at all. it came with fried rice but let me tell you what it looked like white rice dyed with beige food coloring. definitely not the typical yummy vegetable fried rice youd expect :-( I really wanted to like this place I really did since its close to us and reasonably priced. the last straw was (and Im really not exaggerating) the Eggroll I had was the most disgusting one Ive ever tasted in my life. it tasted like it was Soaked in Bleach. I took a couple of bites and was completely disgusted. Of course I saw these negative reviews before I went there, but I like to judge places for myself and what do you know-- here I am.

Every time I order from here something goes wrong. This time I ordered a vegetarian dish and received meat. I called back and asked nicely for a reorder and the girl on the phone was rude and told me it was my fault and I pressed a wrong button. This was not the case, my receipt clearly said "tofu". After being told my reorder would take another 40 minutes I just wanted my money back. The owner called me saying he couldnt give me my money back but instead a free order for next time which I would be fine with but the employee should not have told me I can have my money back. Maybe this employee was just having a bad day, I get that but the rudeness is unacceptable. I work in the service industry so I know it can be annoying when people complain but I was nice and there was no reason for that. I will no longer order from here.

The food is more than likely going to be delivered late with a good chance that it will not be exactly what you ordered. The food itself is decent but I cannot give a favorable review with the service being what it is. If I order something, I expect what I ordered to the letter. Changing the receipt to the correct price does not correct the situation, I do not enjoy people or businesses wasting my time.

Sesame chicken tasted fishy or something a funny taste . Pan fried dumplings were raw dough and mushy . Spare ribs were on the bland side and very bad cuts of meat . Completely uneditable !!! Out $35 and still hungry almost all went in the trash . I have never written a bad review because I understand what it could cost a business however I truly feel robbed !

****if i could give zero stars i would***** Ive ordered from them multiple times and they have delivered, then I call one night and they refuse to come. Plus the guy was real rude and just had a bad attitude and horrible customer service. Then when I double checked to make sure that I had the right location he lied. I will never again give them my money.

Food took 1hr 20min to be delivered, I normally wont mind that much, but everything was extremely cold. Roasted duck over rice was not worth it, brocolly was bitter, barely any meet, mostly bones, same stuff we use at my work for stews. I just wanted to try them out, but Ill stick with Lucky Start or Golden Dragon. I suggest you do the same!

Good food, but if you expect it soon, dont go here. Every order Ive ever placed at Asian Best has taken AT LEAST a full hour before Im opening the door to pay. Also, dont get upset when you dont receive a tip and storm off and blare your car horn in front of my house.

Both my wife and I got sick after eating here. She ended up vomiting all night while I ended up unable to sleep from stomach pains. I live three blocks from the actual location and it took them an hour to deliver. Consistently bad.

Nothing special. Average Americanized Asian takeout food. It gets the job done in those rare cases where you just want something quick, cheap, nearby and reliably good. I wouldnt recommend using delivery here.

Best Asian food in town. I tried many places and this one beats them all. I never had a bad meal and always had good service. This is the only Asian restaurant I will go to.
