Best chinese & sushi in hagerstown! Ive been on the search for a great chinese place in Hagerstown for years. My absolute fave is China Garden in Frederick, and have been going there for about 20 years. However, Ive been living in H-town for about 13 years and wanted someplace close. The buffets are all the same and pretty gross, and a lot of the other restaurants like to prepare their dishes with huge chunks of peppers and onions, which is gross and just acts a filler. Not to mention, all of their sauces taste the same like they buy them at Sams or something. Anyway, Fuji is bangin! They have a huge variety of traditional and uncommon dishes, soups, noodles and sushi/sashimi/rolls. The sushi is hands-down the best in Hagerstown...I will not eat at any other sushi bars. Its hard to recommend a dish because everything Ive had is excellent, it just seems to be a matter of personal preference. The staff is on it - they take great care of you, and you never have to wait. The prices are super-reasonable, and I am a total cheapskate! The restaurant itself is super clean and doesnt feel like a nasty hole in the wall, like most of the places in a shopping center. And bonus! They offer online ordering for pickup or delivery! If you havent tried it yet, you definitely need to...I can assure you, you wont regret it!

The Chinese food is actually very good. According to the person I spoke with over the telephone, they do not use MSG, either. We tried General Tsos and the Udon with pork, and we enjoyed it enough that we will absolutely get entrees from here in the future. However, their sushi is very sub-par. My partner and I routinely go out for sushi and since we were new to the area, we decided to try it here. Not impressed at all. The flavor profiles of the fish were not pronounced, the fish did not look very fresh, and the restaurant was far too warm to be making these rolls and then letting them sit in the container on the counter to be picked up. We will not be getting sushi from here again.

This little hole in the wall on the BACK of this new plaza is quite a gem. Friendly staff, ample parking, excellent menu, and everything is quite inexpensive. They have traditional Chinese food, sushi, bentos, and specialty drinks like thai iced tea and bubble tea. The place is very small, maybe 9 tables and the small sushi bar, but I have gone at the peak of the lunch hour and never have had to wait. I consider this restaurant superior to Sakura in price, Nikkos in flavor, and House of Kobe in convenience. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is an excellent new addition to the Hagerstown sushi community! Also, I assure you that the website link in accurate.

Im on business from out of town, ordered delivery on a Tuesday night to my hotel, they said 50 minutes and they just about made it....WELL, IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! I orderd their shrimp tempura bento box which includes 8-pc. California roll, mixed green salad with ginger sauce, choice of soup. FOUR longgggg shrimp tempuras was delicious with temura vegetables. I also ordered their Edamame (steamed soy beans), it was so much it took me two days to eat it! Will probably order from them again tonight!

I LOVE this restaurant. The first time I ever had food from this establishment was with a friend of mine. I enjoyed it so much that I’ve ordered it at least once or twice a week since then. The cooked and raw sushi is fantastic and the delivery charge is $0 if you order $15 or >; I always leave a nice tip because of this. I hope Fuji’s never goes out of business. They’re reasonably priced and absolutely delicious!

First time I went there…thought their sushi was horrible. Im from Chicago so maybe I have a higher expectation but it was not good at all. Decided to give them another try and eat the real food. Pad Thai was very good which is the only reason Im giving them any stars. Next time I tried to get delivery (my house is 15 minutes away) the guy said he wouldnt deliver to me unless I spent 50 dollars…not cool.

Fuji is pretty expensive and the food isnt that great. I dont eat sushi but I have had their General Tsos ,their chicken Lo Mein, and their chicken and veggies. The portions are pretty large but the fact that they dont have water chesnuts makes me sad. They also dont have my husbands favorite, Honey Chicken. However, we will eat there again, because all other Hagerstown Chinese options are terrible.

used to be one of my favorite places to order but after tonight i will NEVER order from here again, its bad enough the standard delivery time is an hour and 15 minutes but i have been waiting for my food for 2 (TWO) HOURS!!! NEVER AGAIN! i only gave one star because you have to to post. nothing star worthy about this place

I used to order over the phone. Many times. Good presentation. Good taste. Good sushi. But guess what, i went to the restaurant, what a surprise, sushi bar was so dirty, and the seafood was uncovered. The kitchen behind the bar omg most disgusting place i ever seen. Sorry but never again.

Love the sushi and other foods but we found a hair in our order this time and they refused to refund the order. They said we would get a credit for the next order but hung up on us before explaining how to do ao. After using the credit if even possible I will not be ordering from there agai

Horrible customer service! Ordered delivery and paid for food, never received it - called only to ask for a credit for a future order and they refused to give it. NEVER order from Fuji. Imperial in Hagerstown is always a good choice!!

Not even worth 1 star! They gave the wrong food from what i ordered. Then charged me for their mistake. Then pointed and stared and talked about us as we walked out! Will NEVER NEVER NEVER go to this horrible place!!!

The food was really great! Shrimp spring rolls, steamed dumplings with meat, hot and sour soup and the order of the Shrimp Basil from the lunch special. The staff and delivery driver was friendly and very prompt.

My girlfriend loved the avacado salad. Thai tea and bubbles teas are great, they dont take shortcuts. They have more dishes than your standard place. Clean. I recommend the pan fried noodles - hong kong style.

Its a quaint little place in the back of a shipping center. The food was pretty good, as were the service and prices. Recommended for a quick, inexpensive lunch or dinner.
