Placed an order for over $100 for delivery. When I called back to ask if they offer a free dish for such an expensive order I was told it was not policy for deliveries, that in order for me to receive an entree for free I would have to pick it up. Mind you every Chinese restaurant offers you somthing with an order over 35 dollars regardless of pick up or delivery. Was quoted an hour for delivery , food took almost 2 hrs to come and when it did food was missing. When we called to inform them of their mistake we were informed that the girl was positive she put it in the bag. After being told they "only have on delivery driver" we waited another 45 minutes to receive our complete order and when it arrived there was a used band aid in the bag. Mediocre food , below average service. I will never never never NEVER!! eat at China king again.

I gave two stars because I order from here all the time, 3-5 times a month even, and always overtip the person who delivers. The last time I called in, I ordered a single meal with two additional items, and was told that I didnt order enough food and that it wasnt worth it to drive out to me?!? It made me feel incredibly awkward on the phone, and they guilted me into adding food I didnt even want. I went through with it this time, because Im hungry and its freezing outside, but I will never order from here again. You just lost a long time customer, congrats.

The only ingredients were salt and msg to enhance the flavor of the salt. I ordered shrimp Lomein,my husband ordered wonton soup, my son had 4 wings and fries. We also ordered spring rolls. The spring rolls were doughy, wonton soup broth had a bad aftertaste, fries were soggy and wings were too and tasted like they were fried in old oil. 45 minutes for delivery...just not good we all would have been better off with cup of soup. This is not Chinese food save your money. Overall, a poor reflection of Chinese food.

I judge Chinese restaurants by their combination fried rice. Every Chinese restaurant offers their version, and more often than not its bland and boring. There are only two exceptions to that rule in Hagerstown. Both the Hong Kong and China King offer great combination fried rice, but the offering at the Hong Kong is nearly twice the price. You get better ambiance at the Hong Kong, but you pay for it. My money goes to China King.

I tried every Chinese place that delivered in Hagerstown and this is by far the best. It takes a while... like at least 45mins but it is fresh, hot, and tastes great! Their won-ton soup is good too....it doesnt just taste like greasy dish water like everywhere else.....I also have to say this google streets picture is awful >

I gave this establishment a 1 because the dont have good customer service skills nor does the owner or GM. THEY FORGOT MY FOOD ABD DIDNT SEND IT. THEY HAVE OK FOOD BUT THE QUALITY HERE IS BAD! TRY CHARLIES, NIKKOS, FIJI FIRST WARNING THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAM ARTIST

Took 2 hrs to get here after quoted less than an hour when i placed the order and my food was cold on arrival i call immediately to return the food for my money back.they refused to give my money back even after i returned the food they still charged my cerdit card

I would like to say I was very dissatisfied with service this time. My lo mein noodles, chicken on a stick, and General Tso chicken was all burnt and also not flavoured. I have never had a problem before but I would likely take my service elsewhere after this time.

The store "manager" was completely rude and hung up on me after I canceled my order. I called back and asked to speak with the owner he told me he isnt there. Absolutely WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!! Will never order from there again!!!

I order take out from here weekly. Customer service = superb. Food has always been fresh, anything fried is done lightly- not to a crisp. Oil always seems to be fresh. Overall best spot for American-Chinese. Yes I am eating it as I type. :)

I give this 4 stars instead of 5 because of lack of ambience. The staff is friendly even though the one lady was hitting on my husband. Prices are pretty decent and the food was really good.

I was very pleased with my food! The General Tsos chicken was excellent. nothing was overly salty - great flavor. The egg rolls were so crisp and delicious. Great food at a great price.
