I have never written a review for a restaurant in my life. However, I am writing one now to voice my opinion to the management and possible the chain. I went to this restaurant twice while out of town with my husband. I heard the food was great and with so few choices in the area ended up their twice until I found someplace else to go. The food choices were okay. The prices were nominal. However, my issue is with the service and the staff on my second visit. Please tell your staff to stop serving drinks once they see someone that is obviously drunk. I was accosted by a smelly and aggressive guy that wreaked of cigarettes and cheap bear. He just could not keep his hands off of me and kept standing close to me and getting in my face. It was the most disgusting experience of my life. The sad part is that the patrons that knew him thought it was funny and the people working there did nothing but let him use the phone and continue serving him drinks. He hit my shoulder so hard that I am still in pain. I didnt want to tell my husband, because this establishment would get served with papers. I just wanted the entire experience to be over. The thing that pissed me off was how everyone normalized this jerks behavior like this was something that is done all the time. NEWSFLASH! Sexual harassment is not normal. I had less problems when I visited Vegas. BTW - I was NOT at the bar. I was picking up food and I was still getting bothered. Maybe this is the behavior of women in this area, but I assure you that I am restaurant entertainment. No woman deserves to be disrespected while picking up food to eat. I cant imagine what women go through when visiting this place for dinner or lunch and actually sitting down. Women dont go here alone no matter what you are told. Management put up some guidelines for your freaking customers and stop enticing drunks by telling them that sexual harassment is par for the course or comedy. #retrain your staff asap...

Its been a while since Ive eaten at Sagebrush, and unless things change, drastically, I wont ever be back to the Waynesville location. From start to finish, this was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in a restaurant. My mother and I both ordered a glass of wine, Cupcake Moscato for the both us of. When we received the wine, we both took a sip and realized it was most definitely NOT Moscato... A manager came and told us that the brand Cupcake made different kinds of wine, and the one we got was a Moscato Sauvignon Blanc... There is no such wine... He assumed we were all dumb to alcohol knowledge. First of all, I worked at the Waynesville Sagebrush, and just so happened to receive the wine class they offered... Number two, Ive bartended for many years, and have extensive wine knowledge. Wrong person to try to B.S. We ordered the App Trio. It came cold, soggy, and with no sauces. Awful. Then, when we got our entrees, my mothers Chicken Fried Steak was nothing like it used to be. It looked, and tasted, like it had come from a bag of frozen, breaded mystery meat. The mashed potatoes that were under said steak, were terribly small portioned. The "gravy"? Enough said. Even the cole slaw was bad. It was shredded cabbage with nothing else. I used to go to Sagebrush specifically for the baby back ribs. They used to be so tender and tasty. Now? Dry, fatty, and oily tasting. Highly disappointing... Its VERY obvious that the food quality is severely suffering, both from poor prep, and changing food brands. Our waitress repeatedly forgot about us. Needless to say, since the management change, and the obvious employee turnover, things have gone drastically down hill. We will not be back.

First let me say I have heart problems and cant eat much salt on my food. I ordered a baked potato with everything on the side and a house salad. Well I remembered after I put the order in that they cook the potato with salt on the outside so I asked if I could just have one with no salt on the outside. Well the manager came around and said no they can not do that bc all the potatoes salted I said surely you have some with no salt on the outside she said no. Which I find that to be complete bs!! They where just too damn lazy to do it. And also the waitress didnt even put in my order for my salad. So I had to sit there while my family ate and I couldnt bc I cant have all the salt that is on the other food. And my husbands fish and chips was hard dry and small pieces. I will never go back there again!!! And they also said we can give u a side salad on the house. Ugh hell no take your food and shove it!

I went to this particular Sagebrush for the first time today with my boyfriend and was so impressed I had to write a review. We ate at an odd hour, like 4:00, and the restaurant was full. The staff was very friendly and the food was good, but my ribs were a little tough. Without complaining or bringing any attention to it (I thought they were yummy regardless) the manager came over and asked if my ribs werent falling off the bone. I basically said not really, but theyre good anyway. Then our waitress came over and insisted on getting me another rack, and the manager came back to apologize and explain that the new batch of ribs was much more tender. Im just so impressed that they notice and care about the quality of their food even when nobody is complaining. If only all restaurants and their staffs paid as much attention to their customers!

HORRIBLE, go somewhere else, anywhere even McDonalds would be better. Ate there at 8 PM on Tues 3/7. All the other customers in the restaurant had left so there were 2 of us. #1 There is nothing on the menu that states prime rib is only available on the weekends. #2 The size of the chicken breasts I was served were so small they could have come from a Cornish game hen and for the price was EXTREMELY overpriced. #3 With no other customers, after asking what the status on our food was, we were told by our waitress that she had to get the manager on it. That tells me that our order had been forgotten about. There is no excuse for such poor service especially when there were no other customers there.

My family wanted to go to Sagebrush, we waited on our order and when it came my husband had to spit the Rodeo Chicken out. It was not cooked. I am pregnant! So eating raw chicken is not necessary. I was very disappointed in the cooking. My okra was raw and my daughters potatoes were not good eaither. Shes 4 and said omg there yucky and gummy. Thats not like her at all. We were even charged $7.25 for waters and 1 soda... I was so disappointed that we will not return... I really think they need a New Cook on the weekends... while there the ladies behind us were complaining. I am usually not one to complain. But someone needs to fix these issues...Thank you..

No, the staff could care less that people are eating, service severely lacks attention or professionalism, my steak came out, "greenish/gray" ordered mid rare, sent it back for a chicken sandwich and got a totally dehydrated, flattened, thing that might have just been sitting in the window for hours, my fiance ordered Moscato and they gave her Chardonnay and then the manager on duty came over and tried to lie about it rather than fix it, said it was a Chardonnay grape Moscato, Im assuming they ran out and thought we wouldnt know the difference?
