The food was ok. The service during rush hour lunch was a little bit the reason the score was 1 star. Our server never came back to tell us there is a hold at the kitchen till we started asking around why there was a 30-40 minute delay in the food. Plus our food lacked warmth or heat, it was semi-cold inside and nobody was there for us to even talk to about our experience and since we were on our lunch break, we needed to be in and out quickly. Manager was nowhere in sight and the place was crowded. Granted it was one of those weird instances where there was a shortage in staff, it would have been nice to be given a heads up about it than wondering and waiting anxiously for our cold food (which were soup, warm sandwiches, and warm meals).

I was a little disappointed with this one. I ordered the Tuesday special which was spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs were undercooked. I returned it and got a fresh order and had the same problem, red on the inside. I then ordered the salmon which was delicious and in their favor they did comp my entire meal. The wait staff was highly apologetic and did feel bad for me and my experience. I will go there again and give them their fair shot. Ill just chalk it up to they were having a very bad day with their special and see what happens next time.

First time visiting the establishment Time visited: 6:00 Traffic: moderate but started to pick up The food we had ordered were the sliders and the buffalo chicken sandwich. -the sliders came out cold and the meat was dry, the fries that complimented it were also cold (they had probably just microwaved it for a quick minute) -the main meal was decent, however the sweet potato fries were burnt and salted too much. -the server, though not busy, did not come to the table to check and it took a while for us to be able to get our check and leave.

The only good thing was the beers and bartender. Both were excellent 5 stars. The carry out was a different story. After waiting 45 minutes on a slow night wow. I had a bad experience 6 months ago figured I would try it again. Nothing changed same great drinks, same bad food. It is a shame the new Gahanna buildings cant get a great place to eat and drink. Stick with the old tried and true in Gahanna. They are here for a reason. I love my town but cant stand the new fads that come and go... Good luck

Really like this location and the atmosphere. However, the service is lousy. Long periods of time without seeing our waiter on a slow Saturday evening, which left all the drinks at the table sitting empty for most of our meal. Plus, we passed by lots of empty tables inside as the hostess automatically took us to outside seating. I liked the outdoor seating, but half of our dinner party did not and were perturbed that we were never asked what area we preferred.

My parents and I came in tonight and it was extremely packed, which is a given being Friday night during dinner rush. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile by the host, who assured us wed be seated shortly. And we were. Our server, Anthony, was kind and helpful, despite being incredibly busy. In addition to a great server, our food was prepared perfectly. Thanks all for the great experience!

Waited about 5 minutes for a table on a Monday night, very busy place. Good beer selection, all the usual suspects plus some nice micro/IPA. Service was friendly. Food was good, but cold. Fries were cold and the Reuben and buffalo chicken were Luke warm at best. The food was cooked, it had to have sitting for 10+ minutes. They get one more try to get the food right before they are off my list.

Our first visit was utterly delightful. It was restaurant week and therefore crowded as all get out but our experience from first walking through the door and being greeted by the host to our server genuinely wishing us a great night and asking us to come dine with him again was top notch. My meatloaf was addictive and the beer selection was impressive. 10/10 we will return.

We reserved a room here for two years. One day, rusty bucket just said that the room wasnt ours anymore. We complained and got to the district manager. No one was of any help and they disrespected our business. Not to mention, this is the second rusty bucket I have seen this exact scenario at. WE WILL NEVER EAT AT RUSTY BUCKET AGAIN.

I have been here several times, but this is the first time I made it for brunch, I got the breakfast burrito which was really good, but didnt sit well in my stomach. I recommend the buffalo chicken sandwich and the Italian torpedo as my favorites from here. The service was good and food came out hot and quick.

It was loud. My 20-year-old remarked on how loud it was. This was on a Thursday about 7pm. The beer menu was good but the food menu was underwhelming. My burger was decent. Despite being at the intersection of 2 major streets you can only enter off one. Its not local to me and theres no reason to go back.

Not as bad as everyone lets on. The beer selection and food is better than max and ermas and the bar tenders are top notch. The rest of the operation is amateurish and tacky though, so not a good place for dates. Dont expect fast service or to see the mgmt helping with problems. Thoroughly mediocre.

Good is ok if you dont mind waiting 45 mins (not busy at all too) service is truly horrible (Fun to sit at your table waiting on a refill and your food and watching staff huddle around the bar and Facwbook eachother while being treated like an inconvenience) given this place more than enough chances

A casual place with a limited menu. The limited menu sounds bad but in fact every one I know who dines here has a favorite or two and always orders the same thing. My favorite is their chicken parmesan. They offer a good selection of craft and domestic beer and a fun selection of house cocktails.

The service was by far best weve received in a long time!! (and we dine out a lot) The food was absolutley delicious.. overall was one of the best dining experiences our group of 4 have had in many many years. Wish i could remember our waiters name.. he was fabulous!!! We will be back.

The service and food was good. The service was above average. I wouldve given 5 stars for the food except my ruebens bread on the bottom slice was soggy and the seasonal strawberry shortcake wasnt great. There was too much strawberry sauce and the sponge cake was stale tasting.

A good fall back place. Not a destination but better than the typical Applebees or the like. Food is always on point. Service can be dicey even when its non peak hours. Bar area seems to have better handle on this than dinning room.

Wings were good....service was a bit slow and the place was not busy. Waited at almost 15 minutes for a second beer and finally had to forget about it because our food was gone. Just a fluke.... I would go back.

I have been here many times and the service has always been kinda poor. The food is hot and fresh and cooked correctly every time... just its not the great tasting. Its ok. They do have a nice fireplace though.
