My wife and I were doing some last minute Christmas shopping at Easton and of all the choices of places to eat we chose to stop by the Rusty Bucket (which we later regretted). Now we eat at the Rusty Bucket all the time -I’ve been to the Polaris location, New Albany location, and even the one in Bexley, and I have never had any issues until Easton (this was our first time there and we will not return). My wife always orders the blackened salmon salad and it is always good. She emphasized to our waitress that she wanted the salmon well done, which again, she usually never has any issues with. But when our food arrived, the salmon was pink, mushy, and rare. She showed it to our waitress when she checked on us, and she said ‘you’re absolutely right’ and took it away. Then the manager comes by and says she’s sorry and that absolutely was not well done and did she want them to make her a fresh one, or just stick hers back in the oven for the sake of time. Since I was already eating and we had more shopping to do, she settled for fish & chips because the manager said that would be quick. Unfortunately it was neither quick nor good, BUT with all the trouble that was due to their error the manager never offered any type of compensation or anything to make up for the mistake or make the experience better. (The waitress later told us that there were multiple orders of that dish, and someone must have grabbed my wifes well done dish and left the wrong one, as it they have no system of how to distinguish whose order is whose.) I knew my wife was upset and so I finally asked if they were going to offer us a free dessert or anything, and she said ‘she could do that’ but only after I asked, which was ridiculous and why we won’t be returning.

Food was great . AND VERY GOOD. BUT my server was not. Went with a date she flirted with him made sure he was taken care of, but when i asked for a refil she took her sweet old time. She upset me so much that while on the date i ended up paying because she handed him the check instead of putting in the middle of the table as you should. she continue to flirt with my date and countinue to flaunt herself around him.And when she realize that i was paying the check she attemped to suck up to me.i understand a server works for tips but should not cater to one sex more than the other. I ALSO watch my waitress tell the other outside waitress to take the other 2 tables of females instead of her. Then checking my bank account seeing if my car payment came out i notice that i was over charged in the tip i left her. my bill had an extra 3 dollars on it SO she added extra dollars on her tip.(I also gave her cash as well for a tip) IF maura is your server and i would ask for another server or if you are a female u need to beware she could care less about you n cater to your boyfriend/husband. The manger did take care of the extra charge to my bill and was very understanding. The manger was very intentive to the problem and handle it quickly.

Service was dreadful. More concerned with cleaning up the place than providing service to the customers. Had to beg for refills. Only got 1 they never came back. Ordered buffalo chicken sandwich was terrible sent it back asked for the burger instead. Was much better but was rare not medium as asked. They made me pay for the Buffalo chicken I sent back. Wifes sandwich had so much salt she couldnt finish it.

Im a vegetarian and they gave me a turkey burger when I called in my order. At first I wasnt happy but when I called they said they would fit it that day or the following day. The next day I went in met the manager and not only did they give me a veggie burger they give me a gift card for another one. This is great service and I love their veggie burger!!

Extremely disappointed! We had intended to have dinner and a movie since my wife and I have no interest in football. When we got there we were greeted by a piece of paper on the front door informing us that the restaurant had closed at 4:00. Who does that?! Fortunately Max & Ermas was serving customers.

Food is good, portions are way too small, and its way too over priced. We got a few appetizers and my family of 5 each got an entree. We felt like we needed to order more food because we were still hungry! We wont be going back. Definitely not worth the $60-70 we spent!

At first our server seemed a little out of it, but later she rebounded. The food was very good. I ordered a substitute for my side and it still came out with the original side but they didnt charge me extra and brought out what i ordered in place of it.

The food was okay but the service was horrible! Ive never seen such an awful waitress she basically plopped drinks on us all night and rolled her eyes anytime we stopped her for a check or to right a wrong dish it was awful we wont be returning.

The waitress was rather nice but the food was not so good. We ordered pizza which didnt taste as good as we thought it would. The drinks were good though. Although after a complaint it seemed as though we were rushed to leave.

Great service & food at both the Easton & Lane Ave (UA) location! Everything weve had has been excellent from the soups to the Tues special BBQ sandwich, to the Mac & Cheese & the Monday Special 3-way!

Busy restaurant with plenty of televisions to watch sports. Got the Chicken Parm and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The chicken breast was a little small, but was still a great meal.

Staff is extremely friendly! I ordered the Taco Salad and although it wasnt what I was imagining to be (ie. a low calorie, healthy meal) it was really good.
