My husband and I had dinner last night, Thanksgiving eve and, pleasantly, Outback was not crowded at all. Our server Vera was very attentive and was helpful explaining the menu choices. My husband enjoyed the perfectly grilled salmon. My sesame salad with grilled chicken was delicious. My only complaint was my chicken portion was just a little more than half what was shown in the color picture on the menu, so of course I was disappointed. Plus, at the time we didnt realize we could have gotten 15% off by showing our AARP card. Live and learn! Well know next time. I may just get the sesame salad with chicken again. Hope Ill get the full portion! 4 stars My husband and I have visited this Outback twice since Thanksgiving. Both times I have gotten the sesame salad with grilled chicken and both times have been pleased. Katie was great and made sure I was very satisfied with the chicken portion. She was very attentive and very nice. Olson was our waiter the last time, and he too was friendly and attentive. Both times our orders were accurate and served promptly and hot. Upped my review to 5 stars. Well be back!

Have been several times in the past couple months. The food was excellent. Its very busy at times and like all establishments, the service suffers when the staff is overloaded. I shoot for times before or after the peaks. The sirloin with wild mushroom sauce is excellent. It aint a filet but for a quick meal that tastes good and doesnt overfill, its the ticket. The filets are excellent but a little pricey but ok for a special occasion. Ordinary meals I always go for the specials. Smaller portions but sufficient if you watch your weight.

Called in to see how busy they were. They told us not busy & they would be able to accommodate our party. When we got to the restaurant we were told it would just be a few minutes .... waited over an hour and a half for seating. This is AFTER calling an hour advance for call ahead seating. They had 5 hosts but no one knew how long before we were going to be seated. I have never witnessed such unorganization. Will never come back to this place & would never recommend it.

They were very busy but the wait time was not as long as we expected. Our waiter was on point. Very friendly and professional staff. Food was very good. Will certainly be back. Best experience i have had at an Outback Steakhouse. Every other one i have visited was terrible. Had this one been terrible, i was never stepping foot in one again.... this one saved the companies reputation. Thanks staff for a great experience.

Just left outback in Rocky Mount, NC. Originally seated in louge, but found tvs there distracting, so requested booth in main restaurant. We sat there in an almost empty restaurant, with 4 servers waiting on their tables without any of them even acknowledging our presence, or saying theyd be with us soon. After at least 10 minutes of this. decided to leave and go somewhere else

I got the BISTRO ROASTED SIRLOIN with roasted potatoes (minus the broccoli, cause I cant stand it) and it was delicious! My wife got the Crusted Parmersan Chicken, but didnt like hers that much. But our waitress named Mckenzie was SO helpful and nice and both managers came to our table to apologize and ask what they can do to make it up. Great restaurant and service!

Avoid curbside service at all cost. Guy came to me 4 different times before getting my name right. Im like how does he not comprehend after I told him my name the first time. After watch those other names depart I realized not one car was like mines so whats the point of answering that part when ordering

Service was very disorganized. Wait staff changed responsibilities and my table got lost in the shuffle. Ive been getting Alice Springs Chicken for years and this was the poorest serving Ive ever had. It was very skimpy on the cheese and rather unattractive. Over cooked as well.

Expected more. Steak was not cut same thickness, medium cooked on one end, well done on the thin end. "Aussie fries" were less than Jack-in-the-Box quaility. My waitress sat in booth with other customers most of the time.

Very good steaks and food. The restaurant is a little loud. Our seats where good but I noticed two tables that had 4 people at each and they where not comfortable. The tables were too close. The food was very good.

Consistently good food and service. About as upscale as RM gets. Usually go there for a good medium-rare sirloin. Had wings tonight - also good. And, bartenders usually know how to mix a drink. If not, they will ask.

I have never been disappointed with this outback restaurant...we had ordered dinner for 3 and one of the steaks was overcooked. The manager brought another whole dinner for our guest....Totally awesome service
