One of my favorite things is when I find a small local business that I can support wholeheartedly!! Had lunch with 10 of my favorite people yesterday at The Dive-N in Pineville and I cant recommend it enough! The food is delicious, there is really something on the menu for everyone, and the people that work there couldnt be nicer. One of our group lost her phone into the deepest part of a corner booths cushions and the entire staff and owners could not have been more gracious about it. They spent an hour helping us get the iphone out of the booth - moving all the tables and the booth, lifting the booth up, squeezing behind it, and more. If you are looking for a great place for breakfast or lunch, please check this place out - corner of Lancaster Highway and 51.

Great food and staff, but know that this is good classic short order food, burgers & fries and related kinds of food, but nothing is served overly greasy. Food is made fast and consistent, and if you want healthy food, there is a salad and maybe some other stuff like it, but if you like a good hearty burger(s) you deserve to treat yourself to the jimmys special. They also have excellent breakfast choices(junkyard plate, just trust me). For those that vote down this place with one or two stars with no exceptional reason to back it, well, haters going to hate. If you want reheated Stouffers food junk I think there is an Olive Garden nearby.

The only reason I cant give it 5 stars is because there is limited, close quarter parking in a crumbling lot, and it gets so busy that you cant find a place to sit and eat your food during the lunch rush if you arrive too late. The food is excellent, the service awesome. The owner is fantastic and always has a smile on her face and gives a warm welcome to everyone. Ive been going there for years and will continue to do so. Order "The Jimmy Special" FTW!

There have to be balances and checks in this world, and so I am writing this review. The current 4.9 rating for this small burger/bbq joint is honestly ridiculous. The price is similar to any other quick serve joint. The food was below par for a quick serve. the wait was below par for a quick serve. The staff were generally nice. This place isnt bad, but I sure wont call it a 4.9.

The Dive N is second to none when it comes to really good food, variety, and service! Eating at the Dive N provides customers with a hard to find experience that combines comfort and hospitality with phenomenal quality and taste. This is a great diner run by even better people who also do a lot of positive things in our community!

Holy moly! Ive driven by this place for most of my life and have never bothered to stop and eat there. Trust me when I say its an excellent experience. This will definitely be one of the go to places that I recommend people eat when theyre new to the area. Try the double pimento cheese burger cooked medium.

Great food, nice people, good prices, consistent, and the place has some character. This is not one of those cookie cutter restaurants next to Harris Teeter! BBQ is freakin amazing! Sweet Potato Fries are the best and not some frozen garbage!

My wife and nephew come here when we get time for lunch. This is the place where literally everything on the menu is good...Im glad they close after lunch to focus on their family but which it was 4pm not 3 pm so I could make it more often!

The food here is pretty good. Its about what you would expect from a diner. However, you pay for the experience. The customer service is outstanding and the atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place.

Quick service, friendly staff that actually smiles, clean establishment, delicious food. 4 stars for .50 cent sauce, and parking difficulties. Still, would definitely return if I were in need of a quick fix and were in the area.
