I have given this place 5 tries. Every time they either deliver way past the delivery time, mess up an order (twice, and not a small mess up, a huge forgot a whole $20 pizza mess up) or not even deliver it. The last and final straw was when I was cussed at by the driver and went to speak to the manager and was told they cant give me a receipt of them refunding the order. This is after stand in the store for 20 minutes as the "manager" taps on the screen for 15 minutes, gets upset and walks away to say "give me a minute" and start making other customers pizzas. I spoke to another employee to see if he can get the copy of the refund and I stood there as he tapped on the screen for another 10 minutes to say "the computer wont let me do it." After taking several other customers orders and others paying for their orders. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received.

Whoever said this was NY pizza has there head in the sand. When my slices came out of the oven (which was not a stone oven for starters) the slices looked like they were painted with greese when they were delivered to my table. Mind you this is at 11am when they opened. The pizza should be fresh which it could have been, but the slices were like rubber and unbelievably greesy to the point I had to spit it out. I eaten NY pizza all over NY and this does not hold a candle. Cheese was cheap and the sauce had no flavor...it was more like a slice of rubber cheese bread. Overall a big dissappointment considering they have a name like Long Island Pizza Company. To top it off the staff was not very friendly or interested in my opinion of there sub-par pizza.

HEY LI PIZZA Company - you HAD potential but have lost this customer FOREVER!!! NO Customer Service what-so ever - too bad because the pizza is very good. Hard to believe that an order placed at 8:45 at night for a delivery still had NOT arrived 90 minutes later and NO PHONE CALL plus an absolute attitude when we called looking for the order. We were told to come pick it up because they were closed. NEVER WILL SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN BECAUSE OF THEIR OBNOXIOUS ATTITUDE. AUTHENTIC NEW YORK PIZZA - CRAPPY ATTITUDE INCLUDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service was super fast, friendly and respectful, thanks David. The pizza was worth every penny. The prices are on point. The flavor of the cheese pizza its fantastic, you can taste fresh cheese, the dough its thin as New York style but flavorful. The pepperoni its a little greasy (due the fat on the pepperoni) but that its the way should be. Took less than 10 minutes from the time we ordered from the time got to the table. The place was clean. Not many tables but enough for the dinne in customers. Kudos to Mr David.

They were amazing when they first opened but now they somewhat taste like New York New York on big bend. I stop going there when this placed opened because it did taste like NY area pizza. The pizza got super greasy and the crust got floppy. I dont mind grease its delicious but when it makes the pizza flop over, thats too much. Whoever was making the pizza in the beginning needs to come back or train the new ones.

Got pizza home, tried to take a slice, and ALL of the cheese slid off the whole pizza. I was left with a wet circle of dough and pile of soggy cheese. Had to throw the whole thing out. Never had that happen in 30+ years of eating pizza once a week at least. On a Saturday night the employees were standing around talking, not one other customer inside. Now I know why.

Disgusting customer service. Its a shame because we have given you multiple tries because your pizza is good. Everytime you screw up our order and tonight you screamed at me, made me stand outside because your delivery man could not find my house, and when I asked for a refund I was hung up on and cussed at. I have never been so disrespected.

The flavor was very good, pizza was a little greasy and delivery took longer than expected what prompted my 2 star review was the fact that I requested and paid for extra mozzarella, this was a single layer of cheese at best, will not be ordering again.

Its OK come maybe once a month.. yea its a little greasy but I ordered all meat with extra bacon they must put fresh not precooked bacon on it... I would be worried about a dry pizza....
