I use to like this place but all the people working here now look like crackheads they dont clean I literally just now got up and left the woman looked at us for 10 mins then asked what if we knew what we wanted um no none of you greeted us or offered a menu and they set down dirty silver ware menu when we finally got one had crusty and partially wet waffle mix on it I know Im at waffle house and not a 5 star restaurant and I really dont care about being greeted long as foods good and place is clean Im from the south so I dont expect alot and I dont need alot but I expect courtesy ya know if ya hate your job leave and go do your drugs and dont argue in front of people and yell for someone go talk to them tap there shoulder I know you guys seem to have weight issues but you can walk 10 feet to tell someone some your boss needs them. All in all I wont be back for a lonnggg time me or my friends. Sorry bout grammar and spelling driving to Dennys where they actually clean.

New Years Eve not that busy for 2:30 Waffle house if you ask me. Staff was rude cook was screaming at everyone lady took my order very grudgingly after explaining it was gonna be along while. Then refused to take my money telling me its gonna be a while u wait. She told the cook I have two to go orders he replied I dont even care about them anymore. Yes happy New Year to you guys as well. Get your stuff together there were 5 open tables and only one person at bar..... Wow! i used to slang breakfast two years at Bogues restaraunt that was sad... I left with out anything would rather strive then sit through the miserable atmosphere in there.

My fiance and I came in to eat lunch this afternoon. We picked the "cleanest" table available. One of the waitresses yelled at another to get our order. We were asked if we were ready to order without us even getting a menu. She turned around and threw a menu on our table. She then put silverware on our table but it looked unclean, as well as our menu and table. It was very poor customer service and we got up and walked out. We couldnt even stomach the thought of eating there. We will not be going back.

I went there around 1 am when travelling to a hospice house nearby the restaurant. One soothing grilled cheese and a serving of grits later, the welcoming staff had comforted my hunger and my soul. It was such a warm experience, especially for a recently widowed, broken-hearted wife returning her late husbands medical equipment to the Elizabeth House hospital. Thank all three of you working there for helping me feel included in your circle of friendliness!

They didnt answer the phone and my husband decided to drive there to place the Togo order. He stands there for ten minutes and gets absolutely no service even though there was only one customer in the entire restaurant. They need new staff on night shift.

Awesome staff with awesome team work. Food comes out fast presentable and served with pride by grill ops themselves when time permits, and theyre genuinely interested in patron feedback.
