The best Tex-Mex Ive ever had and I hit up this place almost every time in the area. The food is always notably fresh as though it were bought locally and the food is made to order. There is a decently large selection of menu items from which to choose. Their Tuesday and Thursday specials are excellent deals for those who are on a budget, allowing you two tacos, chips, and a drink for around $5 on Tuesdays, and the same but replacing the tacos with a burrito on Thursdays.

Horrible, finished my 2 beers, my order of 2 tacos never show up, I just sit there waiting enjoying my beer, watching other customers entering the store after me order and receive there food before I get my (2) simple tacos!!. Thank you Tijuana flats , I will never visit your establishment again. Message to the Owner, replace all the lazy kids working March 18th 2017 @ 1:30 pm . They will drive your customers away.

This is a nice place to grab Tex mex. The staff is comprised mostly of high school kids so the service youll get is pretty meh. Its only a step up from fast food so that doesnt matter too much. If you want or need hot sauce they have an entire hot sauce bar with stuff ranging from mild to mouth numbingly spicy. If you have a heat craving nice spot to stop in

I think they have one of the best selections of hot sauces. However, their burritos are somewhat flavorless. On the other hand they have awesome tortilla chips. I really want them to step up the game on the flavor of their chicken.

The Hot Sauce BAR is what keeps me coming back to this place. We LOVE the visalia onion sauce. Order, sit down, they serve it at your table (indoors or outdoors). Errors are always generously fixed! Good managers!!

Food usually takes about 10 min. All the young ladies in the front are nice with smiles. Food tends to be slightly inconsistent but I do like the hot sauce bar. Overall, decent for a quick meal.
