Went for lunch at 11:30. Spent 1.5 hours. The place had 5-6 other tables. People who came in after us were served their food and left before we even got our food. We were at a four top. When we asked the server about our food she said it was because we had a "large order." After another lengthy wait she said it was being put on the tray as we speak. We had to wait another 15 mins and when to food got to the table it was room temp. The Manager came over and told us he was sorry and the reason it took so long was because they are currently training two managers in the back, offered a 50% discount and a $10.00 gift certificate. We tried to pay our bill and they took our credit cards and disappeared for 20 additional mins. It took us over an hour and half to eat lunch at a four top. Then another 20 mins to track down our credit cards. We had to walk back into the kitchen to ask for them back. I am aware some places have "Bad Days" but this was beyond acceptable. Bad Business all around.

Zero respect from the manager! Came in Sunday night a few months back, ordered some food at the bar, was an easy going customer, but when it came time to pay, i forgot my debit card at a place less than 500 feet away, and had no cash. Explained to bartender & manager that they could keep my ID and keys or whatever while i went to get my card, and be back in 2 mins. They advised me if i couldnt pay before leaving, they would call the cops. Being impossible to pay without my card, they called the cops. I had to call a friend to come pay my tab for me! Then walked over to the Bad Monkey and got my card so i could pay my friend back. Ive lived in Ybor for almost 6 years, my address was on my ID, and have been in that BWs many times. I will never step foot in that place again. The bartenders and servers are nice, but that manager, i think Gary? Was a real d**k!

4 of us walked in on 02/12/13 to watch a basketball game and we asked the bartender (Derek) if he could turn the sound for the game on the speakers and he said no; we then asked him if we could speak to the manager and he said no - I asked him 4 times before the manager finally came over and offered us another room were we could have the game and sound. While we were watching the game our waitress (Kristen) told us at 930 while we were still eating and drinking that the manager wanted her to close down this section so we had to close out our tab but when the manager came by and we asked he said he did not say that - then the waitress said "we threw her under the bus" - during the game the channel changed twice and the sound cut out mysteriously - the staff was rude and not very friendly - they all had their own agenda.

I been to other locations and this one blew it!!! Customer Service was very disorganize and the girl in the front dont know how to deal with customers specially hispanic people, 1, we notice she move faster to look for seats for others. 2, it took 1hour to seat, 40 for a server to come to the table and another 45 minutes for the food. And the manager no were to be found... until of course after we eat he came by to see how we doing...lol at this point why waste our time and we have the kid with us. The waitress was better than the service around there, she was the only one really paying attention to customers. Step up your games guys secret shoppers are coming! !! Keep the franchise good

Called yesterday to place an order while watching the FSU game. Ordered 60 boneless wings. Person on the phone took 10 minutes to take our order. Called us back 15 mins after order placed and said one of the sauces we ordered "didnt exist anymore" Went and picked up our order. Got home, missing 18 wings. Called manager, who said he would give us a gift certificate because of our troubles. Went back in, got our wings, and manager gave me said certificate in the amount of $5 dollars.... Five effing dollars? Really? What is this? The 1950s? The only thing decent about this place is the food and beer selection. Management/Service sucks.

First time visiting a Buffalo Wild Wings. Needless to say it will also be my last. I had a craving for some lemon pepper wings, so I decided to stop in this location. These wings were horrible. All they are, are deep fried wings, with seasoning SUPER LIGHTLY sprinkled on them. I only taste the grease they were fried in. So disappointed. I was hoping the wings were marinated in a lemon pepper season or at least drizzled in a lemon pepper sauce. 1 star rating for the wings. However, the staff was super courteous and the establishment was well maintained.

Weve been sitting waiting on our food for an hour. Let me mention its a Wednesday and the place is empty. Service is so terrible one of the managers brought our food to the wrong table..THE MANAGER! When my friends food finally came he had no sauce on his wings. The lemon pepper he order was all at the bottom of the tray not on the wings. The only good thing from this trip was all our food was free... I dont recommend it unless you plan on waiting for an hour on your food.

We went on a Thursday night, and got in at 10 pm. It was 10:07 and we hadnt been helped yet, mind you, there were only two other tables around us. The tables around us got their food first, even though we ordered/were there before them. It took until about 11:10 to get our 18 boneless wings. One hour to get a food item that takes 8 minutes in the fryer? No way. We werent even advised about the wait. The Brandon one is way better.

We went here on a Thursday for lunch. We were assured by our server that the kitchen would have I order completed in time for us to be back at work within the allotted time. We wasted 45 minutes having tea while the kitchen drug around and did not complete our lunch order in time. I wish Google would allow me to issue half a star or even less. Such a shame! We will never return to this bdubs!

Cool bar. The bartender is great here. They also sell food here. Check their chalk board for specials that they have during the week. This bar is really close to me but I prefer the bar across the way only because I go to a bar for drinking and entertainment, not for the food. Dont get me wrong, this bar is cool, but I do like free billiards and more TVs to watch certain games.

I love their wings and have been going to BWs since 1993 in Columbus Ohio. Unfortunately, we dont go very often anymore since they continually raise their prices and have become too expensive. $7.29 for 5 small wings is rediculous! I can take my family out for a steak dinner for less than it costs to feed them at Buffalo Wild Wings.
