I filed a complaint with corporate on the 17th. I have not heard a word back from them. My family went to have a quick bite to eat 2 weeks ago and did not have a good experience at all. First of all they had very loud music coming out of the speakers outside. The music was not appropriate for any restaurant. I mentioned the music to the girl at the window and she did not care at all. I asked for no mayo on a sandwich and ended up with a lap full of it. We decided to throw out our food since it was clear they were doing things to our food on purpose because of our comment about the music. We tossed out everything and went to another place. Not worth getting sick or poisioned over $20 worth of food.

Foods okay, shakes are the more worthy, but what pisses me off more than anything is no matter WHAT.....they ALWAYS miss putting your order right and always missing something. It gets irritating to have to drive back each time just to get what I paid for. The Asian manager, however, DOES make up for the mistake, bit something has to be done about accuracy in the pick-up amd drive-through.

I stood outside waiting for 20 minutes and no one even bothered to come to the the window. There were even people inside looking at us not even bothering to make a effort to serve us. And there were several people smoking inside. Then one of the employees walked outside and then walked back inside and continued smoking near all of the food. I am never going there again.

Food was okay. Nothing bad but nothing great either. The chicken sandwich wasnt comprised of a chicken patty. Instead, it was two chicken strips between buns. That was a bummer. The woman who served me kind of made me regret ordering there; underneath her fingernails was a ton of grime. Not something you want to see right before youre about to eat.

Another awful franchise. Just terrible at all locations. the fries are a greasy, soggy, limp mess. The burgers are made of frozen patties that have a texture similar to a frozen burger from a vending machine. The cheese taste like Velveeta. The shakes (3.29/lg) are on par with B.K. or McDs. If you have an alternate choice nearby, TAKE IT!

Usually very slow and theres a good chance the order will be missing things or just completely wrong. This last time we ordered 3x doubles - paid for them, went home and it was little singles instead. Too bad because the food is usually good but they are inefficient, sloppy, and out of control.

Was told to wait for fresh food and they would bring out the food. Waited 10 mins before i walked up and they had no clue who I was I asked for my food and waited a few more minutes. Chicken was barely cooked and threw it away along with the fries that were cold and soggy. Never again.

If only I could rate it 0... The management is horrible, they could care any less about their customers... Everytime I go there my orders are wrong, and the employees treat me like Im interrupting them. Food is stale, and cold when you finally get it. Avoid this place at all costs.

I use to eat here all the time because of their last cook always made sure things were good to serve even as late at night as i went. But since he left it hasnt been the same. The foods been cold or not fresh, and that manager they have is still the worst in terms of manners.

Everytime we come here its a problem. The service is slow. Then when they mess up your order they get mad like its your fault. Sometimes they dont know what you ordered and they come back to ask you after youve waited for over 20 minutes

Can I give this 0 stars? I waited 15 minutes to receive a cold sandwich and yesterdays fries. I remember when checkers was a start-up and the food was good. Go to a restaurant and you will get better food served quicker!

They routinely close 20-30 minutes early but leave the lights on. All of the females need serious attitude adjustments and are some of the rudest people Ive come into contact with at a fast food place.

They stop serving before posted closing time and some of the girls working there are rude and unpleasent. Often do not have menu items available.
