Just received the flyer in the mail so we call and place an order for pickup. My wife goes in and the people behind her are helped 1st. Then the 2 ceaser salads with grilled chicken she ordered for herself and our child have no chicken. She tells them about so instead of just fixing the mistake and apologizing for the few incidents that have happened they request for her to pay the difference for the grilled chicken. Then in this same interaction half of our order was given to someone else. We were initially told 15-20 minutes from the time we placed our order and it is hitting an hour as I type this. I was very excited due to the fact this place has fried calamari and its always great when you find a new place you like but in one really bad interaction I dont think we will be back. I hope if you go here its different. Update! Dont eat here my wife asked to talk to the manager. Before this took place the girl at the front looked at my wife and then moved the tip jar. TRASH. I was trying to be civil but then after all this the managers response is to ask my wife if she wants desert. I wish the food was good enough but for $40 its trash. I work in food and I have never complained before this is insane. This business will not last. To speak on the food being trash my dog didnt want my steak sub after I decided it just wasnt good enough to power through. Oh and besides the desert which we declined instead of a comp card or a discount he just told my wife next time she comes in hell remember and take care of us. Im so irritated and have enough bad things to say I could start a full podcast just to dump all over this overpriced poorly run snobby excuse for real NY Italian style food.

Stopped in for take out pizza and the first thing I saw was real Italians real New Yorkers but decided to try it anyway. Couldnt help but notice how clean and nice the inside is and second what a nice greeting I received. I ordered off the menu pizza and salad both were great, I have been getting pizza at the place that says it is voted number one but never thought it was. Ferrara is far better I could identify everything on the pizza the other place looked like the toppings went through a blender. Will be going back to Ferraras soon.

The food was good but there was inadequate seating and the host staff was doing a poor job of managing that. They were so indecisive, that they could have easily cleaned a nasty high chair in the time they took to decide not to clean it. That said our waitress was awesome and the pasta was pretty good.

Amazing pizza! Pasta to die for! REAL FRESH ingredients. Boars head meat at its best. Every time we walk in the staff greets us with smiles and open arms! Every time we come here the food is hot and delicious! I would recommend Ferraras every single time.

If you havent made it out to Ferrara yet, you must come try it! The food is the best in the area - from appetizer to dessert. The pizza is too notch and the service is friendly and fast. Great place!

The eggplant Parmesan is amazing. I like it without the cheese! The Greek salad pizza is a full meal per slice - no joke. Great service and they deliver!
