Two years ago I would come in after work for food and drink maybe once a week for about a month at this location because I worked downtown. One day a man persauded me to join a group so after several gestures I reluctantly came. More people joined the group and we discussed work and relationships once they got me comfortable with them. One man asked me if I wanted to smoke a joint and I said no. He was feeling down so I quoted him a scripture too. The manager, a drinking on the job an Italian man cussed me out asking who the f talks about God here? Then he said who invited her over here? Get the f out! Someone just bought me a drink so I said Im finishing and I was here before you came. He said alright then called the police. I was leaving out the door in less then a few minutes a cop grabbed me took me to Jackson Pikes and I was charged with criminal trespassing. The manager told the police in the report I was walking around harassing the customers and so did the others, all white people. I only ever asked some customers if I could buy a cigarette and its a bar. Really, I was just attacked because I always came there alone. I was in jail two days and lost my job I loved. Im introverted and suffered from depression so I wouldnt be caught harassing strangers. And usually a man would initiate a conversation. I cried all the time I was in jail and put on suicide watch and thats on my record now because then I couldnt afford a attorney. It is eligible for expungement. All the criminals here and I was cuffed and jailed. I used to love Classics for 25 years and havnt been able to return. God will avenge me and I have the money to sue for false arrest and damages but its not worth the time. I forgive you and meant no one any harm.

I called to order garlic wings(1st Time) and personal pizza, delivery guy was great! When I went to eat my food the wings didnt look or smell like garlic; so i take a bite and they dont taste like garlic either. I contact Classics mgr Toni asked what could she do I explained to her that I just wanted garlic wing she stated that they only have garlic bar-b-que, I say oh okay I dont like bar-b-que...she asks what can I do I ask for plain wings with garlic sprinkled on top she replies I will have to charge you 1/2. I reply I am confused because when I called to order I asked for garlic no garlic bar-b-que she replies what am I suppose to do with them....I asked her the same question and she replies eat them and hung up the phone on me. I called back twice she picked up the phone and hung up. I called Westerville to see if they were under the same ownership as downtown they are not. So I called back to downtown German Village location and asked to speak with a mgr and of course I got the person that hung up on me. I asked her who does she report to she said no one; so I say are you the owner she says yes. If you are in the downtown area do not patronize this business......Try Shadowbox excellent pizza and great customer service, they just dont deliver. PLEASE VISIT SHADOWBOX PIZZA YOU WONT BE SORRY!

I ordered a pizza Friday night November 15, I was told it would take about 45 minutes. After 70 minutes I called they told me it was not in there system so it must be on the way. Well 15 minutes later, I called again, was told it was on its way. No apology, was told we are swamped. When the pizza got here, it was just warm. I wish I was told or called letting me know how long it was going to be, I could have picked it up. Look out Classic there is a new guy in town Romeo Pizza. I know they have great pizza and great customer service, even though you have good pizza, you need to work on your customer service,

About two years ago we loved Classics. About a year ago we noticed the change. Either it was new people or new business philosophy (or maybe we got lucky before?), but the service is horrendous, wait times are outrageous, and the food taste and quality is getting worse. We kept saying "this will be the last time" but then we would cave and have hope it would be better "this time". After our treatment and the gross food last night, its done. Never again.

I work nearby so I order from Classics somewhat frequently. Their food is very good and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and even though you may have to repeat your order a few times over the phone, they get it right.

Best downtown pizza we have had since we moved down here. Old time bar pizza with a crispy thin crust! Very timely. Fast ... Hot... Delicious! Our new "go to".

Ordered 4 subs and potato wedges and got 3 subs and potato skins. So, I didnt eat dinner tonight. :( Not sure if I would order from them again.
