My 4 trips to Harvest Pizzeria have me fully persuaded that it is by FAR the best pizza in Columbus. Servers are incredibly friendly. Ingredients are fresh and locally grown. Ive tried Yellow Brick and some of the other places - and nothing seems to nail it quite like Harvest. I have had the Almond Pesto (my girlfriend is vegetarian) and a custom Pepperoni with jalapenos. I typically order the latter for myself - but both are incredible. Theres something particular about a pizza cooked in wood burning, brick oven, and this joint has it down to a science. The salad was okay - I have gotten a regular / chop salad twice, and overall, I recommend skipping the salad and just getting more pizza. Be prepared to wait if you go on Fri / Sat in the evening - I have waited up to 40 minutes for a seat. (The place is the size of a shoebox.) You cant call ahead as they dont take reservations of call ahead seating, but you can put your name in in-person, and they will text you when your table is ready, so you can do other things in the mean time in the local area. Random fact: I get iced tea when I visit, and their sweetener is either Sugar in the Raw or Stevia In the Raw. No regular sugar, Sweet N Low, Splenda, or Equal. Honestly, I think this is responsible for converting me from Sweet N Low to Stevia In the Raw, too. Fabulous place. :)

Atmosphere? how about a restaurant tucked, no, jammed into a first floor of an old house. Fire code violations all over the place. Too small a place. Extermely noisy: dont expect to have a conversation with your dinner party due to the packed nature of the place along with way too many kids. Of course , kids screaming eggs on the adults that are drinking too much - 2 words people - Inside Voices. Parking is less than to be desired as well - the lot across the street double parks, so expect to block someone in. Block someone in, squeeze out through the crowd, move your car, then voila, youre blocked in by next guests, then repeat looking for the owner of the rusty minivan. Street parking only after 8pm (except city permit) Food? Actually, it was good. Caesar salad good size (enough to share). Zas were good too. Dough on the sweeter side, Id have prefered a dough that was more "soda cracker" style to stand up to the fire. Service? attentive, but a bit "rushy". Im sure to move people out. All n all I probably wont be back unless parking situation changes and/or the packed in situation changes.

Harvest lives up to the hype. Rotating pizza, wine, and beer selection means something for everyone. This is one of my top five pizzas in the world and Ive had them in quite a few places. Crust is a great consistency with a slight char from the brick oven. Fresh, high-end ingredients and an excellent sauce blend are the key to great pizza and Harvest has both in spades. Spicy Yuma is their most popular pizza but my personal favorite is the Sausage with fresh fennel and fennel pollen.

I LOVE this restaurant! This is one of the places I frequent often for a quick but yummy lunch in between showing homes in the village. They have a $9 lunch special which includes a small personal pizza and a freshly prepared salad. GREAT DEAL! Be adventurous and try one of their inventive pizzas of the day..a taste sensation. Lastly, if the sun is shining and the weather is warm you can sit outside in their front courtyard :)

Got the Meatball Pizza and was very impressed. Just walking into the restaurant and seeing the cooks make the food right behind the counter, you know that the food is going to be good. Very impressed with the service and obviously the food, that crust is amazing! They even have gluten free options which weren’t bad as well. Great place to eat if you are craving pizza!

Service is not friendly and we felt like we were the wrong type of customer. Family with teens visiting the city looking for some good pizza is not wanted. When one of our three pizzas arrived, it had a big hair in it. The servers response? "What would you like me to do?" Also, sparse toppings and the crust was not very crispy at all. No, I would not return here.

Its the best pizza in the city, hands down. If youre looking for relatively authentic Neapolitan-style pies, this is the place to go. Terrific crust and creative toppings as well. They also have great small plates like warm ricotta profiterooles. Throw in arguably the best cocktail bar in the city next door, Curio, and you have a pretty winning combination.

Loved everything! Yeah, its small (the new addition should be complete now) but the drinks are great and made our wait time fly by! Kale Caesar! Best salad Ive had! The pizza was amazing and fresh and I definitely cant wait to go there again! The owner and the wait staff were all great and really nice. Great local pizza!

Great variety of super fresh and local ingredients, as well as vegan friendly. The mushroom pizza is great. Beer and wine selection is one of the best in Columbus. My only issue is that the crust is never crispy enough and I always have to fold my piece of pizza in order to keep the toppings from falling off.

The atmosphere is great and the food is delicious! The best pizza Ive had in Columbus. Expect to wait if youre going at a busy time or with a large group. This place wasnt built to hold a crowd. But grab a drink and sit outside while you wait. I will def go back and recommend it to my friends. Love harvest!

I went here with a friend on Friday. Parking was really difficult to find nearby in German village. We had about an hour and a half wait so we got a drink next door. The pizza was amazinggg, absolutely worth the wait!! I would suggest trying it out on a week night so it isnt so crazy crowded.

The Columbus Monthly voted this best pizza & said the crust was never soggy; well someone at the paper must be getting a pizza payoff because my pepperoni pizza tonight was as soggy & flaccid as a wet penis. Overpriced and not at all worth it. Very disappointed.

The place is small and a bit cramped but the pizza was amazing. When we sat down and saw they guy in the kitchen with a pizza cutter tattoo we knew it was gonna be awesome. Mushroom pizza was perfect as was the olive appetizer. Another German Village gem.

One of the best pizzas Ive had in Columbus. Very high quality and locally sourced ingredients from people who really seem to care. Not sure how they make the light, airy and somewhat chewy crust but it is amazeballs! Grab a space on the patio if you can!

Super slow service. Several people that arrived after us were served first. My wife finished before I was even served, and I had to ask about my order-ended up taking it to go. Food is good, though. Wont be back for a long time. Disappointed.

Got the Ohio Double Bacon, BEST pizza I have ever had! Great crust, toppings, and most of all SAUCE. Bf got a Moscow mule, said it was solid, but was a bit pricey at $10. This Pittsburgher will be back next time I am in town!
