my husband and i decided even though we had several bad experiences with taco bell restaurants to go to the one in waynesville, n.c. we had tried several in the area and got either cold food or unpleasant employees. we were waited on by brittney who was very friendly and helpful while taking our order. when we got the food it was fresh, hot and better tasting than any of the other taco bells we had tried. i asked to speak to the manager who greeted us very graciously. i told her how good the food and service was and complimented her on the cleanliness and how pretty the restaurant was. she introduced herself to us, her name was stephanie and told us how much it meant to hear such praise from us. we will be returning many times even though we live a little distance in bryson city. thank you.

This taco bell is hit or miss. Sometimes is real good, or sometimes you get a cold taco or burrito. When you think of taco bell, you think late night. This taco bell only stays open until 11. Thats painfully because this is suppose to be taco bell. You should be open until 3 Im the morning. But I guess they didnt get the memo. This taco bell has the potential to be better just had to improve. Customer interaction had never been the problem, quality of good, yes thats the issue.

I loved the fact that this Taco Bell is always very nice to me and my family when we eat there. Especially when I bring my nephew who has cerebral palsy and has to have a adaptive push wheel chair. They always greet us and ask what we would like even it it takes a few minutes for him to decide. The business is always clean and the food always is fresh and hot. Waynesvilles TACO BELL IS THE BEST!!

Just want to tell the bell that you missed out on 11 customers today on New Years day in Waynesville, NC between 0800 and 0900 hours. This did not include the 3 Waynesville Police Officers who arrived at the drive thru and waited after us. Told them you were closed till noon and they said, "What!!!" LOL We went to Hardees, they have a good breakfast too! When open the service is great!!!
