I have been a regular for over 3 years and I cant find a better coffee shop in town. Mugs is a popular place but it is large and spacious and you can always find a place to enjoy your coffee. You might think that good coffee, fast internet, plentiful parking and abundant power outlets are the best features of this place. That is until you meet the owners. Oliver and Belen are fantastic. They fast and efficient but above all they care about their customers, they are kind and friendly. They will remember your drinks and make you feel at home. If you need to do some work, look no further, the music is tasteful and never too loud. Great choice to read a book, catch up with email or just sit and relax. In the summer, their vanilla ice cream is one of my favorite treats.

I was there with three friends. We purchased our drinks and snacks and sat down. We were chatting for about 20 minutes when we were told we had to leave because some gaming club was there and they had all the seats in the coffee shop reserved for themselves. I asked if she actually worked there or was a manager, and she said no, shes the manager of the gaming club. I went to the coffee bar and told them what was going on, and they said "Oh, okay." They didnt give one rats tooty that we had spent our good money there and were being told we had to leave because this club thought they should have every seat in the entire place. We were furious and will not be returning!

Mugs owner and staff are incredible! Mugs has excellent coffee and cookies. Great venue and easy to understand and work with. They have a easy to find calendar so you can reserve your space. Im part of a group that meets once a month and Mugs puts out clear and visible signs reserving space for our group. They even stay open later to serve our event that ranges from 50-80 folks who love and buy great coffee. This is the venue to grow your event or group! A+++

Funky, cozy little coffee shop! The coffee wss delicious and fair trade - which I look for in all my travels! I believe they use counter culture coffee which is rich and lively. I had a cold brew and my friend got a cappuccino. Both were excellent. Their food offering was decent as well. They have souvenir type things. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable with vouches, chairs and tables. I highly recommend

My first time at Mugs and it was great. Lots of space for a meeting, not too loud and lots of choices on the menu. Beware when you walk into the bathroom when it is dark though. They have a silhouette of a man painted on the wall that just about made me scream! Gave me a laugh once I realized and I will be more prepared next time.

Best Coffee Shop in South Park Charlotte. Not only is the coffee fresh roasted in Charlotte and fresh ground on site, but it is made with Care and crafted with a love for the customer. All the staff is very attentive and friendly. Its a place where regulars come often because Oliver and the Staff make you feel at home.

This is my overall favorite coffee place in town. My girlfriend and I look for every excuse we can find to drive from Wilmore just to get coffee from this place. The owner is totally cool, the coffee is super tasty, the ambiance is exactly right, plenty of parking--and the service has been consistently great.

Mugs Coffee is the bomb-diggity. Its a local place with a great vibe, a strong sense of community, and some awesome activities like open mic, game nights, and more. Oliver has this awesome memory for your drink orders (and those of your co-workers) and all his staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love this place. I come here everyday with my best dog friend Max! I love that this place is dog friendly. Everyone here is very friendly and its a great space to relax on your own, or join up with a group of people as well. I live only two blocks away so I walk here which really sells it for me!

Mugs is one of my go to places. I have been off work due to an injury. I look forward every morning to my latte. Oliver, who own mugs as well as His staff are wonderful. They have cozy furniture, people enjoy hanging out there. Love love love it.

Mugs is excellent as usual! The allowed our group to reserve the space in advance and clearly mark all the tables denoting the times that it is reserved for a private party. The service is top notch and it is always a pleasure to work with them.

Wonderful coffee place staffed with friendly and helpful staff. Muggs is perfect for a lone net surfer or a small group. There are plenty of couches and tables, the music is pleasant and most importantly, the coffee is delicious!
