Half this Starbucks employees seem friendly and grocery store next-door adds to slowness. I visited here frequently while working close, and often food could Not stay on the shelf and sometimes all gone before my 12:00 lunch!! Harris Teeter came in handy a few times. Nice indoor seating area, more Starbucks should have that!!! Messed my frappuccino up more than twice but I ordered more than 40 from here, over time. Over all, I cant say it is the worst or best Starbucks. WhiteTruck Just In

I come here 3 or 4 times weekly... They know me here because they NEVER have bananas when I order using my points on the app... They offer $3 gift card the first time, cool ok we. Second time they refunded but it never posted my points back... Third time I just asked for a venti upgrade.... Harris Teeter is feet away and everyone stands around looking dumb after they realize they have no bananas... I do not like how this manager does her duties. Good Luck.

The morcroft location has become increasingly slower to get orders processed. With the volume this location does they should look at increasing the people on staff to process orders.

Service was good, but they took a couple minutes to take my order even though I was the only one in line and they didnt out straws in the frapachinos as they are supposed to.

I generally get good service here but today they were not opened at 6:30am even though the hours are posted at open at 5am. Maybe they adjusted them for the holidays?

They are never here on time in the mornings. They are always late, if you open at 5am you should be here before that not 5:08.
