Alright just had to tell someone about the FABULOUS treatment I got at this location. I am from out of town on vacation. I totally forgot my french press and had to get another one. They had one left. While I was browsing I was pleasantly approached and asked 2 times if I needed help. When I finalized my purchase I was again pleasantly surprised to find the small french press I was going to purchase was on sale (Bodum) from $16.95 to $11.95. Then I was offered a free tall iced or hot coffee. Then they had an extra half pound of coffee sitting there and they gave that to me free even though I was already buying an additional pound of Gazebo. Great service, great prices, great people, great coffee! A true credit to Starbucks and a true credit Hilton Head Island - Ill be back. Thanks crew for the golden treatment.

I have always been a huge fan of Starbucks, so naturally while Im on vacation at HHI Im going to get Starbucks... I came to this one the other day and got 4 drinks.... They told me after I had paid for everything, that they didnt have oranges to put in my Orange Valencias (which I ordered 3 of) and I ordered two larges and one small, they made me two smalls and one large, when I told them it was two larges and one small, she put the small in a large cup and added more water... And then they told me after the fact that they had no hazelnut to mix with the vanilla for my French Vanilla cappuccino.... Kathy, and the other man working there with her were two of the most disconcerting people I have ever in my life seen working at a Starbucks. Some people clearly dont belong in the customer service field.

Best, sweetest people ever! I feel like theyve never met a stranger. One of my favorite places (OK, my favorite) on the island. (And the Wifi is free (Ive never had to pay for it, not sure what happened to Glenda below) - an AT&T hotspot.)

We paid $10 for weak coffee drinks and settled in with our laptops. Guess what? They are t-mobile spots that required credit card payment. NO THANKS!!! BIG RIPOFF! We will stick with Panera and Atlanta Bread Co.

Usually busy with limited tables available indoors. Batista was a bit rude about a refill because he didnt remember selling me the original coffee. Ive never gotten questioned about a refill at a Starbucks before.

Extremely busy during the summer. Employees chat constantly with each other and seem oblivious to the fact that there are customers in front of them. No effort to be friendly or welcoming customers.
