The older bald man, who Im assuming was the manager or owner, refused service for me at his shop because I had a service animal. He kept claiming its a health code thing over and over when its my medical service animal. I even showed him the Americans with disability act and showed him he is not allowed to refuse me service with my animal. I will never spend money here again he was so rude to me and refused to read the law which I had on my phone for him to read. He said "no I dont need to read anything you can get out of my store." I have never been treated so badly at a resteraunt in my life. Id like to see him tell a blind person to keep their animal outside while the human eats inside. Please dont go to this store, the man has lost touch with reality. Filing a complaint with the franchise. Edit: I came back at 5:50pm and dropped off a copy of the Americans with disability act printed for the employees to read, and once I left the store a boy came out and yelled "your banned from our store!" This is how they treat their customers.

Roly Poly is awesome! Any time I order food for lunch at work I always order from them. I initially started ordering from them because I wanted food that would be quick but I really dont like giving Jimmy Johns my money because of certain policies that I dont agree with (plus, their sandwiches get old after a while). During my first encounter with them, I tried to order online; however, due to my employers restrictions on the computer, I wasnt sure if my payment went all the way through. I called and spoke with the manager. He was incredibly nice and helped me get everything taken care of. Every time I have placed an order I have been incredibly happy with their food and their service. They are incredibly quick for delivery, as well. My favorite wrap is the Chicken Popper (but I like it with Italian dressing instead of Ranch). Their broccoli cheddar soup is also delicious, although I do wish that there were more chunks of broccoli. Roly Poly is the best and you should give them your money!

Got introduced to this sandwich shop about a month and a half ago and have been back a good ten times since. All of the sandwiches are fantastic, and they are healthy, with the caloric content listed on the menu. Also, the two older men that work there are really nice & professional. At least one of them must be the owner. I highly recommend for a quick lunch or catering event.

Great place to grab a quick lunch. I personally love their warm wraps but they have a very wide selection of cold wraps too, along with choices of soups of the day, chips, little and side salads. The food artwork on the walls is interesting to look at while waiting or while dinning!

Wraps are always healthy, fresh, and delicious! They make substitutions for vegetarians which is great, and they remember your name & favorite wraps. I would highly recommend Roly Poly, especially the Tryon Rd location.
