Worst experience in quite some time. First and last time at this establishment. What I thought would be a quick lunch stop on a Sunday afternoon turned into a lengthy wait while customers who ordered behind me received their sandwiches and the "cook" watched the sports highlights on the TV. My fiancée ordered along with me and received her sandwich fairly quickly. When I watched customers who arrived after and left before me walk out with their "wiches" I decided to ask about my order. Both employees snapped at me that they were "working on it." This was clearly a CYA response as they certainly were not as we watched the prep guy start it after I asked... And to top it off neither of the sandwiches were even very good! A simple act of courtesy could have avoided all of this but unfortunately these two had other priorities. I would stay away from here and let them meet there inevitable end of going out of business sooner rather later.

Usually fans of Which Wich, this location does not provide the usually amazing customer service. The owner, Marie, gave us a bad impression from the start by refusing to honor a coupon that is sold locally to help schools and after school programs. She almost punished us for them not changing the way the coupons were printed. She overcharged us and billed us separately for items to increase the overall check, since we got $5 off with a coupon that was supposed to give a free sandwich. We were overcharged by $6 while Marie hid out in the back office after I expressed frustration. On top of that, the food wasnt even up to the usual standards. With so many options locally, why not honor coupons you printed? Being kind on top of it would have made me come right back but now Ill avoid this location at all costs.

People of Color, I urge you not to pattronize this location, it is owned by a racist and you will be treated like a second class person. The other day, I placed an order, waited 20 minutes for my simple lettucewich only to have the white woman who placed her order well after me served first. When I informed Marco of this he said it was simply a misunderstanding, neither the employee nor he apologized for this "misunderstanding." I would said thats pretty blatant, actually. Dont support racists!

I used to go to Which Which (not this location) very often, and I think their food has gotten worse over time (specifically the bread). Overall, its a chain sub restaurant. If you like Subway, youll probably like Which Wich a little better.

I like their sandwiches, however not the catering set of sandwiches, sandwich size and quality in catering is under quality/completely different from the regular order. I would buy regular sandwiches, but not the catering order yet all.

I like that I can customize EVERYTHING on the sandwich. Even better, I get to draw something "unique" on the back to know which bag is mine. The food is tasty, and if you fill out a survey online, you get a free cookie :D
