I used to love the conveninece of online ordering to pickup at the store. However, they seem to have forgotten how this works, multiple times. Today I ordered online, but when I got the the cashier said they had never received the order. A colleague then showed him the ticket which was already hanging out of a printer near the register - he hadnt noticed or didnt know what that was for. Then, when they made my sandwich, they read the instructions one by one, which means they didnt see the note at the end that said to skinny the sandwich and not toast it. So, it took longer than it should have and my order still wasnt right. This is not the first time is has happened, I just finally got fed up enough to write the review. They need to train the staff, and re-design the order printout to put special notes at the top (or train them to read all the way through before making the sandwich).

Im not sure who to trained the employees there how to make a sandwich but typically when you get a sandwich you have all the meat throughout the whole sub not half on one side and then 2 pieces of meat on the other side I ask them to remake my sub and the one male employee laugh and thought I was joking when I was clearly being serious I like to get what I payed for not a half ass made sub employees need to be trained better

I love which which, but this location was slow and unprofessional. Not sure where the manager was but the employees were slow and inattentive, we were the only customers and it took 15 minutes to get three sandwiches. Two stars because the sandwiches were still in line with what Ive come to expect.

Slow service and made each sandwich one at a time. Mostly though it was the food poisoning. For 24 hours after eating here I was really sick.
