We love cold stone its our treat when we go to the movies. Usually it is great. But I would say the service we had tonight was about the worst we have ever had. The young man who was working acted like he didnt want to be there and didnt want to serve us. We had a very simple order with just one topping. He put the ice cream in the bowl and put the topping in it and handed it to me put no care at all into mixing it together like they always do..... I wanted to tell him he could keep the ice cream and we would have gone somewhere else. We never leave reviews unless they are great but it really upset me tonight how rude the young man was. We will not go back if this is how repeat customers are treated.

Great sweet treat; HORRIBLE service. Young girl, whom by her own estimation belonged on the cover of Cosmo, served us. She was rude and elevated herself to her own level of incompetence. Service can make or break a place. My husband and I wont be back.

There was a time when they had unlimited mixins not sure if they still do. Quality service and personnel.It is the standard of what Cold Stone should be and beyond. Would recommend after dinner or a movie.

It is so cold in there. You dont want to be cold when youre eating ice cream. Wonderful ice cream though, and I dont even like desserts!
