not very happy with my transaction tonight. I had tried to order a gift card online or print a gift certificate for my husband only to find that is not an option. so I called the store to order a quart of my hubbys favorite ice cream and pay for it over the phone so one of the kids could pick it up for Fathers Day because I work 7 am - 7 pm. The gentleman who answered the phone said they were very busy and I should call back later to pay for it or pay when I pick it up. I explained that would not work and was told he just didnt know what to do, he had never seen the store that busy. After explaining again why I wanted to pay over the phone to no avail. I gave up. I will just have to send my card with someone. Just think this could all have been easier and a more customer friendly option should be available online if you want something other than a cake.

No way to describe how incompetent these folks are. Ordered a cake online. It was cancelled without a reason. I went to the shop in person and ordered the cake. I paid in advance to be sure it got done. Two days later I arrived to pick it up at the designated time. No cake. No reason. These people dont want to stay in business. They offered that I could just buy one of the ready made ones (not even a discount). Seems to me that I special ordered one for a reason. I took my refund and went to DQ.

Great ice cream. They have plenty of flavor options to pick from and dont discontinue them very often. Serving sizes are generous and the staff are helpful. Just dont sit inside if you are prone to light induced migraines. They keep the ceiling fans on year round and they have in ceiling lighting that together equals a fast strobe effect.

Great hand made ice cream. All flavors made to order with toppings mixed in right in front of you. The price is a little high but is made up with the quality! Would recommend!

AWESOME ice cream. If you are new to the place I recommend getting Rainbow-nanza. It is Sweet Cream (vanilla) with sprinkles, M&Ms, and marshmallow topping.
