Cold, disheveled food arrived 2.5 hours after ordering. Expressed displeasure to delivery person, who then called me the c-word (and I dont mean "customer"), attempted to physically prevent us from closing our own front door, and informed us that he had spit in our food. Thugs delivering meals *and* criminal behavior to peoples homes? Im giving one star for this fresh and exciting approach to customer care, but must deduct four on account of your hyperemotional employee bringing my sweet and blameless girlfriend to tears. P.S. A million thank yous, GrubHub, for saving the day with the $10 credit and full refund on inedible food served with hysteria and bodily fluids. You guys are the best!

This place is not as good as people say. This is my third time ordering food from this place. First time I ordered pancakes and it came cold. Another time I ordered French toast with eggs and that also came cold. I figured it was the delivery person so I went to eat at the place. Their customer service was as bad as their coffee. I wouldnt recommend this spot.

I used to adore the chipper truck before they became the cafe and when they first open. Now theyre not as good as they used to be. The service sucks and the food is getting to be just the same. Really wish you guys would go back to just being the truck....at least the food was better then

Sorely disappointed:( ...We come to NY ever year and use to love their fish & chips and boxty. We use to even stock up and bring boxty home with us. This year we got burnt fish that the girl said was the normal way they serve it??? And the boxty wasnt much better.

Steer clear of you want to avoid food poison. The place is like a Centre for heart attacks by way of overcooked unhealthy dog meat. Please do yourself and your tastebuds and heart a favor. Walk on.
